This was my third stay here at this hotel, and just like both previous times, everything was as good as can be expected for this price. The hotel is located in the middle of the center (with a beautiful view on the square). There is a simple breakfast included which you can pick up at a bar that is 3 minutes walking distance away from the hotel. The room is always very clean and everything is very comfortable. There isn't a lot of contact with the staff, but the occasional run into with the cleaner is always pleasant.

Outside the hotel it can get quite noisy until very late.

Perfect location close to restaurants. Easy to walk from train station. The room was beautiful. Very clean and everything worked.

Unfortunately the room had a very bad smell from their bathroom pipes. Also room 8 Bethoven appears to be right above the smoking gathering area outside and all the smell of cigarettes would co.e into the room.

The location, in downtown, opposite the city theatre, a beautiful view. A comfortable king size bed. The appliances and bathroom fixtures were fairly new and everything worked well. Breakfast served at the coffee bar very close, I chosed cappuccino and homemade chocolate coated almonds, delicious. There a big choice of pastries.

I arrived early in the morning (by 5 a.m.), asked for an early check-in but I was told check-in time at 12. If you have a baggage (luckily I hadn't any) call in advance to make an agreement for baggage drop before check-in time

The room was very clean and it felt very comfortable to stay here. Breakfast was minimal; a croissant and a coffee, but I knew about this. The room looked very nice and the bathroom was nice, clean and big enough for a single traveler.

Outside the building there were many people talking loudly, singing and lighting fireworks. The contact with the staff was a bit confusing, especially as someone from The Netherlands, but with some help I figured it out.

The location is very nice as it has a nice view on the theatre and the square. The room was also very clean and looked good. A nice simple breakfast was available at a bar including a croissant and a coffee.

Some of the door handles fell off when opening/closing doors. Next to that I can't think of anything else that I didn't like.

Once siesta finished the neighbourhood really came alive. Location of property in the centre meant that there was great nightlife and community in the evening with lots of bars and cafes close by.

When I arrived it took some time to get into the property when communicating with hotel staff.

The room was delightful. It was clean and had a lovely shower. It also has a small balcony although too small to sit on. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.

The location is very noisy at night but it is in the city centre so not surprising.

A wonderful place, beautiful room, clean, elegant. Location was perfect.

They should let customers know in advance that this is unstaffed and all is done remotely. They only let you know 10 minutes before entrance. They should let you know that the elevator is not available for clients.

fantastic place, the room was very spacious and extremely clean, Natalia at the front desk (and cleaned the rooms) was amazing, with any assistance freely given no mater how busy she was. highly recommend a stay here. the location really is the best, building literally backs onto main piazza yet is still a quiet location.

The interior design was beautiful. Beds and linens, excellent. Location is perfect.

The room could have used another chair or stool. A cup to dri k water from, a soap dish in the shower. Soap.
