I loved everything about this hotel! The customer service was amazing, and the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s about 3 km from downtown, and biking there was such a fun experience through a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The hotel feels new and fresh, and the breakfast options were great!

Nice and spacious rooms, with enough space to unpack for a couple of days (what we did), visiting the area. Very central location to visit Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre (and even further if you want, e.g. Chianti region. Just next to the 'autostrada' exit with a lot of Tesla superchargers and enough free parking. A nice breakfast with enough choice.

The location is very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Modern, clean rooms with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is quite noisy, you can hear the cleaning lady very early in the morning, not great if you want to sleep in as most people are there on holiday.

Amazing atmosphere inside the hotel and the pool area and staff were very friendly and happy to help us.

The dinner menu at the restaurant was very limited and not to the best quality. The location is quite far out from the town centre of Forte Dei Marmi for those without a car, which resulted in expensive taxi journeys for us.

Friendly staff, clean and free bike hire. Great sized pool, able to swim lengths of 25m.

Was a bit near a busy road. No gym

The staff was extraordinary - very nice and always helpful. Plenty of choice for a breakfast, nice bar for drinks and I love that there were bikes that I could take and go to the sea. Clean rooms!
