Cacciani Hotel in Frascati boasts an excellent location and impeccable cleanliness. Guests can enjoy easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. The hotel's high standards of cleanliness ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, making it an ideal choice for visitors to Frascati. The sweets on breakfast were delicious.

However, there were some drawbacks. The staff couldn't speak English, making communication difficult. The breakfast offered only eggs and sausage, with no cheese available. When we arrived around 4 AM, the staff did not allow us to enter the hotel, nor could we sit at the restaurant. Additionally, the reception is not open 24 hours, which caused inconvenience for late arrivals. Fortunately, there was a nearby restaurant, Fondi, where we could sit from 5:30 AM until we could enter the hotel. And we enjoyed the delicious breakfast - tea, coffee, and croissants at Fondi restaurant while waiting.

Convenient location next to the main Piazza and train station, rooms with balconies have great views. Nice breakfast. I’ve stayed here twice visiting ESA and would stay again

Check in hours are restrictive, if you arrive after 10pm there is no one at reception which isn’t ideal for solo female travellers. Iron and kettle are not standard in the room

We loved the size of the room and the outside terrace. The location was excellent and perfect for a visit to the centre of Frascati. The train station is very close (but you have a climb a lot of steps between the station and the hotel!). The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The wifi in the hotel didn't reach our room (43) but apart from that the hotel was perfect for our needs.

The hotel is family owned and you can feel this. Rosi took very good care about us, when we needed to arrange a taxi or had other questions. The breakfast area and food is nice. They have also a restaurant with an amazing terrace. And, if you are lucky enough to get a room with a terrace you will enjoy a great view to Rome.

The staff was very kind. The beds very large and very comfortable, with a great view over Rome. The showers were also very clean and with good water pressure. Free breakfast was included.

Not much to add, only that the refrigerator in the room was very loud, so I had to unplug it for the duration of the night.

This is a jewel of a Hotel in Frascati!! Dinner at the Hotel was AMAZING. All the staff were so kind and accommodating . Highly recommend staying at Cacciani when in Frascati!!!

Location was good, close to the station. The bedroom was big and clean, beds were good as well

Noise in the corridor late at night and wheeled suitcases very early on the tiled floor. Also the walls between bedrooms are not really sound proof :(

the room is above a restaurant on the terrace with a beautiful view. the people were very accommodating and helpful. large bedroom and terrace with high ceiling and good blackout curtains.

the room only had AC when the key was plugged into the wall. I understand it for cost, but it was so hot coming home.

Wonderful little hotel, with the genuine Italian spirit. Great location and spacious rooms, with comfy bed. I have especially enjoyed breakfasts in a restaurant with an amazing view. Highly recommended place!

Room is spacious, very clean. Whole hotel was clean.

The offer of breakfast is very poor. Ham, cheese and bread only. On the side there is more of sweet things offered, but for people who cant eat sweet for breakfast very poor offer. Cappuccino is good.
