Beach accessible. Little train collects from the front of the property to take to restaurants although they are within walking distance also

We were aware prior we had to wear swim hats in the outside pool. What an amazing experience, in fact we will always wear swim hats at other people’s from now on at other pools as we appreciate firstly the cleanliness of the pool but also how refreshing it was to have clean day hair!

Great location, friendly staff who spoke English, very clean, large pool, bar at pool with sandwiches, hot and cold breakfast, easy and well priced parking, fridge in room, great spa,all around lovely!!!

There isn’t anything we were unhappy with. I was a little confused in the spa when I tried to re-enter the ladies locker room because there was not a sign to tell, which was the ladies and which was the men’s.

I like to stay at this hotel because of its proximity to the beach and the ease of getting both to the newer and older sections of town. I was very pleased that the hotel staff could find us sea-facing rooms, which makes a huge difference. The staff were very helpful and the reserved parking with 24 hour access made life much easier for us to get around to sites outside of the city. We were there off-season, which I prefer because the number of tourists and hotel guests was very quiet. The breakfast in the morning ran from 0730 to 1030am, which was very convenient, and we practically had the whole dining area to ourselves.

They are small things to mention, but the mattresses are a bit on thin side and though I'm not sure what it was, maybe from the chlorine used to wash the sheets (?), I was usually waking up my eyes a bit red. The room safe was also too small to hold my relatively small laptop.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Front Desk was amazing with accommodating my requests: I got a room on a higher floor with a wonderful view, tea cups and safe help were delivered promptly. The room was extremely clean, new furniture. Housekeeping lady was very friendly. Exceptional buffet breakfast..

Everything was great

Lovely hotel. Excellent location - right beside the beach, and 5 mins walk to the town shops. The harbour is about 10 mins walk with trendy restaurants Pool at the hotel was excellent and very quiet. Room was cleaned every day, to a high standard Breakfast was very nice and staff pleasant (spoke good English!) We would come back 100%

The shower blocked a little easily (slow drain). This was a minor issue. The hotel restaurant (breakfast was ate in another Area which was great) was very tired and dated. We didn’t eat there. It has so much potential if it was modernised! No other problems.

The hotel location was great, easy walk into town and literally 1 minute to the Serapo beach. The on site restaurant was very good, I highly recommend it. I had a fabulous stay in Gaeta Thank you

Basically on the beach and just around the corner from the old city - walking distance from everything. Gaeta beaches are world-class, and the rest of the town is full of old world Italian charm.

Pool closes too early.

Hotel was clean wonderful breckfast great variety. Spa day was one of the best experience I've had staff very friendly.Swimming pool was amazing delighted hotel left it open as they had planned to close pool area on the day of our arrival.

This is a four star hotel that is very well run .Rooms a little small for the price.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and always had a smile.

The pool was looking a bit tired but was very clean. Swimming hats were required.
