Price/quality is very nice. They offered us limoncello and local puglian biscuits. That’s very kind of them also the owner wanted to give us free bicycles but we couldn’t find it eventually. Moreover, they were very helpful with things. I loved it!!
There is nothing about the property but just the location is not the easiest if you don’t have a car. We travelled by train and bus and it took time to go to the vacation spots but if you have car or want a chill trip not traveling, is perfectly good

Good stocked kitchen. Spacious room. Great price. Easy to check in. Parking easy to find on the street. A few nice treats left by the staff. Heating worked well. Blinds for the window kept the light out. Great price for the conditions.
The room's door has a window so the hallway light comes into the room during the night and there's no curtain to block it. The hallway light can be turned off but many guests just leave it on- disrupting your sleep. It can be a bit noisey at night between other guests talking and the noise from the street.

Davide and his father are very nice and dedicated hosts. You can see he really puts passion into each and every guests stay. The apartment has everything you need and is strategically placed for those who have a car, parking is easy and its 40mins to Matera and 40 mins to the beach.

Good and safe location, friendly owner and staff, whole apartment smells good, very clean rooms, balcony, big kitchen with fridge, free and good coffee, snacks and more, quiet and relaxed.

The landlord was super friendly and the room was clean and had welcome snacks and drinks! It was way beyond my expectations!!!
The room wasn’t very soundproof. Could hear other people and traffic outside easily.

A great, centrally located place to stay in beautiful Gioia del Colle! Spacious, clean room and bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, good wifi connection too. The host Davide was super welcoming and helpful.
