The room was amazing, just like in the pictures. The bath tub/jacuzzi in particular was a fantastic place to unwind at the end of the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay!

The location didn't have much to do in terms of restaurants or tourist areas. But it was close to a lot of nice places. There were a couple of days where the hotel was having problems with electricity, but it got fixed eventually.

The room was spacious and clean. The room was cleaned every day. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked excellently. The bathroom was spotless and had everything you need. The hotel was very clean. The swimming pool was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beach is at 10 minutes walking time. 1 hour away (by car or public transportation) from Naples, Ercolano and Pompei. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Not the cleanest neighborhood and there’s nothing much to do except for the beach and a couple of restaurants.

The owner and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was adequate, freshly cooked, and contential. The pool was very clean, and people with hair had to wear a caps that was available at the bar. In all fantastic stay.

Offer more options for external tours to Naples and Amalfi. The hotel recommended a taxi driver we used him to get to Naples to meet our day tours.

Large balcony with a fantastic view of the lake. Room and facilities good. Nice meal in the restaurant basic but very tasty. Parking a bit tight but ok - would imagine in summer could be a problem.

A few things need up dating in the room but would stay again if in the Area. Towels missing from room but went down to reception and they would brought up within 10 mins

The staff were exceptionally kind and caring. The newly renovated rooms were very nice and spacious The hotel was only 500m from the beach front. The staff had plenty of good recommendations as to where to eat, mainly pizzerias and one restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. For more options, a car is required. A pick-up and drop of service is offered. Carmela (the driver) is wonderful and a careful driver.

Not all the rooms were newly furbished, but this was clear from the photos on booking.com.

At busy times, said “loving couples” were pretty loud next-door.

Our stay at the Bellavista Hotel was simply fantastic! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the view was breathtaking. Clean, well-appointed, and modern, this hotel is nice! We were there for an event nearby and it met our needs perfectly. Unfortunately the pool was not open even when it was quite warm outside, but we really enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room! I recommend this hotel!

I liked that it was modern and clean and a very good swimming pool available and friendly staff.

We didn’t like the Location, to be precise - the surrounding outside the hotel was dirty, I didn’t feel safe walking with my family outside when it was dark. But maybe this area or city itself isn’t safe. Garbagge on the steets everywhere, but it is not hotel’s fault. The hotel itself is really very good.

People at the reception very nice and helpful. All hotel was VERY clean. Close to the nice beach.

I don't like that during the room cleaning every personal thing like underwear or toothbrush was touched and moved. And the breakfast was poor. They serving breakfast till 10 o'clock but at 9 there is already nothing to eat except yogurts.
