Everything was amazing, from the time we arrived until the time we left. The staff were fantastic, all of the staff, reception, restaurant, spa, pool bar, they were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant each night, the food, wine and service were very good, Sara and Elena in particular were just awesome. The rooms are a good size really clean and nice bathroom, good onsite parking. My Husband and I both used the facilities in the spa - fantastic. We felt comfortable, relaxed and welcome during our stay here. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind. It was a great location to explore the region. Thanks to everyone at Masseria Muntibianchi we loved our stay.

We only stayed 3 nights!!

Muntibianchi is a gem, from the incredibly kind and attentive staff to the amazing grounds of the resort and wonderful restaurant. We used it as a home base to explore the Salento coast, but ended up spending more time at the resort and in the town of Otranto because we were so wowed by everything both had to offer! Pro tip: take the free bikes and ask the staff for directions to ride through the olive groves into town, it is a stunning 20-30 min ride through the country.

Nothing could have been better – this was hands-down one of our top 3 best trips ever.

The location is absolutely outstanding and magnificent. As soon as you arrive, your breath is taken away by the contrast between modernity and nature. The place is peaceful and the other customers respect that. When it comes to the service, the different employees met were professional and very helpful and their smiles very welcoming. It is by far the best service ever received. They were very arranging as well! I really appreciated their little attentions to details. Many thanks to Alessandra at the reception. The stay in room 118 from the 23rd to the 24th of August might have been short, but the bedding was extremely comfy, the room spacious and the garden beautiful to add to the scenery. The room has every appliance needed to feel safe and at home. When it comes to the restaurant, the food was beyond my expectations. The fish was extremely fresh, the different tastes mixed perfectly together. The tuna was delicious and just melted in my mouth, the dessert was perfect. The different waiters were excellent and the waiting time between the plates very prompt. The man who wore glasses and speaks French was excellent. The breakfast is huge with a large variety of food from tasty to sweet, all fresh and homemade (and delicious!). Honestly this place didn't disappoint at all. It was a perfect stay from beginning to end. Don't hesitate to go there as you'll finish your stay relaxed and well rested, the location is a pure breather and doesn't lack activities betwen the pool, the spa and the different areas to enjoy.

This was a real Italian treat. If you want a touch of luxury tempered with homely offerings, this is the place for you. The grounds are fabulous and the rooms are lovely and bright. Our room was right near reception which was really handy as they have a complimentary station where you can make all sorts of teas. As Irish people we love our cup of tea before bed so we were grateful for this ! The pool area is really nice and has many beds and a lovely pool bar where we had drinks. The on-site restaurant must be visited - we had one of the best meals of our weak in Puglia there. The breakfast fare is wide ranging and it’s served outside on their veranda. Thanks to all the staff - you really made our trip very special !

Nothing at all.

I would highly recommend the Masseria. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the night we spent in a garden room was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best we had in Puglia. For dinner, the restaurant was a bit pricey, but very nice. When you book, make sure to get a garden room, as it makes all the difference. These rooms are quiet with a beautiful small garden attached that is great to lounge in. The grounds are beautiful, and the surroundings and rooms are extremely modern, well decorated, clean and well maintained.

The first night, we were in room 103. The room was well set up and decorated, but this specific room had no privacy as the window was right next to the hotel entrance, and it was not possible to open the window to let in air without putting on a public display, as well as having bright light streaming directly into the bedroom. As a result, it was very hot and uncomfortable. The wonderful reception staff were very helpful, though and moved us into an upgraded and truly wonderful garden room for the next night, at no extra charge. I strongly recommend booking a garden room if one is available, and in any case, do not stay in room 103!

Fantastic five days here. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout. Room was lovely, light and clean. Food was amazing - breakfast every day was fantastic, whilst we ate in the restaurant twice and both times the food was superb. Would thoroughly recommend.

Sunbeds were a little hard, and the bar at the pool shut quite early, but otherwise nothing to complain about!

We really enjoyed our stay at Masseria Muntibianchi. The property is beautiful and spacious. The staff are fantastic and friendly. The breakfast was really great. The pool is nice for lounging. We got to do a really fun pasta making class and then eat the pasta afterward. The Masseria is also close to town.

The room was a bit small and the shower pressure/temperature fluctuated a lot while showering.

An incredible resort with beautiful facilities and serene atmosphere. The hospitality team went above and beyond to make our stay special and to make us feel relaxed and welcome. One of the best hotels we stayed at ever and we’ve been to many in the same segment all over the world. Absolutely treat yourself to this unforgettable experience and do not skip on their restaurant and spa.

The staff is very friendly, cheerful and helpful to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms are very nice, clean and serviced every day. Lovely swimming pool and relaxing area. Breakfast is very good and is abundant. The restaurant belonging to the location is of top quality. Ideal location for visits to Lecce, Otranto and coast/ beaches.

Exceptional honeymoon suite with private heated pool exceeded expectations, a beautiful space well maintained and spotlessly cleaned. Having a private garden with heated pool was an absolute highlight of our stay and well worth paying extra for. Reception staff were very helpful booking taxis, transfers, meals with superb multi-lingual skills. Some bicycles available free of charge to help guests cycle to Otranto, only recommended in daylight hours, takes around 15 minutes along some quiet but fast roads. Outstanding restaurant, the best we visted in Puglia, an evening meal here is a must!

I would only recommend staying here if you a car/motorbike. The hotel location is quite remote and is unsafe to walk to 45 minutes into Otranto, one day we naively tried and got chased by guard dogs. Cycling into Otranto was ok but only in daylight hours. Taxi into Otranto expensive 20 euro each way for a 7 minute journey.
