Location right near the main street of the Grado Historic Centre ands 2 minutes to the dam that surrounds the sea in the area. Restaurants, shops and market within 1 minute walk - it was a tourist's paradise. Breakfast had all that we wanted. Staff was very-very nice, from cleaning lady to the ones serving breakfast, but especially the ladies at reception, who were always greeting us and treating us as if we were VIPs. The more senior lady was exuding positive energy and good vibes every day :) This was excellent Italian hospitality, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was quite small - but this was compensated by the very large balcony, and a bit outdated in terms of furniture, but it didn't bother us. The room had an orientation towards a parking with a recycling area, so all day there was noise from people recycling lots and lots...and lots of glass bottles. But this could be avoided by closing the windows or asking for a room with a sea view.

The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is amazing. There is a paid parking option (you must leave the keys). The breakfast is good.

The rooms could be cleaner (bathrooms in particular). The place mentioned that the air conditioning is available but it was not working yet - the staff said it works in the season only. The neighborhood is a bit loud (restaurant workers take out the garbage - glass late in the evening; in the morning some other workers made some noise).

- Breakfast was excellent at the terrace - The hosts were very kind and helpful despite to our short staying - Parking aside the hotel was very comfortable

- The sea-view was quite limited from the fist floor, probably it is much better from the second one - The nearby late evening and early morning noisy collection of the waste from large containers was disappointing

It is located in an extremely good location, almost on the beach, but at the same time 50 m from the old town. There are countless restaurants and the beach nearby. The hotel is not the most modern, but it is friendly and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, extremely helpful. The breakfast is very varied.

Parking is very tight, but at least it was there.

Staff were very accommodating and efficient, including at the Reception, Bar/breakfast and the cleaning lady! Breakfast was perfectly good. The location is excellent, being only moments walk from either the old-town, the Port and its restaurants, as well as la diga by the beach, where I like to walk when in Grado. Car parking is understandably limited being right in the centre of the old-town, but very well managed (for a reasonable extra fee.)

Perhaps to have a second duvet available in these colder nights - rather than have to leave the air-conditioning running over-night. My cleaning lady soon furnished me with an additional duvet for the second night onwards, so that was sorted very quickly!

This Hotel is the best we had on our week journey through out Europe, so good we made it our home twice! Everything was 10/10. Maybe internet was 7/10, but could be my phone, I dunno, I didn’t care. Best hotel!

The location is directly in-between beach and the beautiful centre of Grado. A very beautiful Hotel with great staff. Our parrot Nokita was very welcome. Thanks for the great time we had.

A nice small hotel in the centre of Grado, near to beaches, the lagoon and old town centre. Quiet location but very close to every amenity. Staff were welcoming and the hotel provided us with bikes on request.

Bathroom was adequate but a bit dated. Room modern, roomy and comfortable but minor things needed sprucing up a bit.

Big and clean suite. Beautiful view from balcony. Nice staff, breakfast was OK. Pet friendly hotel👍🏻

It was a little cold in the room, we had to park in the city

Very good overall value per money ratio. Wonderful position, near the city center and the seaside. The breakfast was good and the room also had a private balcony which is not that common in our experience.

The room was clean but it had nonetheless a bad smell.
