Staff were v friendly and helpful. The evening food was incredible. Bar area was cosy and intimate after a the slopes with free salty snacks – classic!! Very enjoyable. You got a snow report every evening in your room and the staff helped us with critical opening information when were were snowed in, which allowed us to prepare and be ready to leave the resort to another they recommended (as Gressoney was closed due to avalanche / reclaiming work on our last day). But the staff helped us get direct to the car park of Pila, just over 1.25 hrs drive to max out our stay in Italy.

Forgetting our swimmers so we couldn't use the spa!! Getting snowed in. Nothing the hotel could do about either!!!

Food was amazing: tasty, healthy and various. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Rooms where large and comfortable. A few more drawers would have been helpful maybe at place of the second TV (one is more than enough). The common area were great for groups of friends to spend time together and for kids to have space to play.

The heating was really excessive. Even with our heating turned off we had to sleep with the window open: in a time of crisis for global warming, we should pay attention to that.

This is a beautiful traditional hotel, very well looked after by the excellent staff and management. Food was excellent and the service was fantastic, we had a baby with us and everyone was so friendly and helpful, thank you all, we would love to return.

Very friendly and clean, the hotel excels for its food. Daily dinner menus with a wide variety of well-prepared choices, and a competent breakfast. Nice bar with free snacks. Parking. Boot room. Sauna. Rooms are compact but very nice. Free WiFi. Ski bus. Facilities for children. Pleasingly you can control the temperature of each room - so many ski hotels are overheated.

Beds were a bit hard.

I loved the breakfast - freshly squeezed blood orange juice was irresistible, breads and cheeses high quality, and the fruit preserves amazing. The spa was a great facility to chill out in after skiing. And the free minibus service to the ski lifts was a luxury! I also loved the church bells and chimes - what an enhancement to our stay!

Knowing the village and the place, we knew that our expectations would be fulfilled. The staff were very kind and professional. The room was very nice and comfortable. Good breakfast (savoury and sweet) We dined once at the restaurant with pleasure and satisfaction 😁😁 The Spa is not that big, but enough for some late afternoon relax. We had massage sessions and the results were top. Good value for money!!

The mattress was a bit too hard, bat it’s just a personal matter.

Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly. Great room (we had a suite). Amazing food. Car service to/from the ski lifts. Very comfortable beds. Lovely area. Very picturesque. Gorgeous Christmas square.

Jacuzzi was too cold. Bath plug wasn’t working so water drained out.

Staff, friendly and helpful. The spa had a good sauna and steam room. A complimentary shuttle bus took you to the closest lift. We were half board and the well filled salad bar before your starter was very good.

Our room which was a junior suite was spacious but needed some refurbishment. It was 3rd floor in the eves and I did bang my head a few times on the sloping roof in the designated seating areas.

Great food. Buffet-style breakfast with good choice of both hot and cold items. Lovely 4 course dinner with extensive antipasti buffet and always a fish and vegetarian options for following 2 courses. Cheese board available followed by dessert. Extensive wine list or alternative drinks from the bar. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and steam room in the spa, which was very clean and well managed for COVID.

Charging for bottled water at the dinner table. Would be great if hotel minibus went to both Punta Jolanda and Staffal, although there is a Navette to Staffal. 150m walk to Navette stop.

Proximity to the slopes. Coziness of the rooms. Family feel. Great breakfast and dinners.

No swimming pool. Restricted hours of the Spa and often privately booked.
