There was no cooked breakfast for vegetarian

Only 2 options given for half board menu.The menu is not well translated into good English. Escalop in Italy means pork meat where as Scallop is shell meat fish in England. We like fish and eggs but we were given pork meat- Staff has limited english language- But reported and matter was resolved by receptionist staff.Other room renovation- Motor loud noise during day for DIY job- Complained then compromise for free access to spa. Actually we wanted to have rest during day.For a 4 star hotel no tea or coffee with kettle unprovided.Very disapointed where as 3 star hotel provides.

The Hotel Granduca is a really lovely hotel situated near the centre of the city. It offers free secure car parking which is always a nice bonus. The rooms were really nice and offered everything that we required for a 1 night stay. The beds were spacious and very comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep. The bathroom is modern and well equipped with everything required. We had a meal in the restaurant which was plentiful in portion size and good value for the price we paid. Breakfast was a self serve buffet with everything you could require to keep you going in the morning. The staff that we met were all very friendly, helpful and professional and they helped make the stay very good. If we are ever around this way again we will not hesitate to stay here

Absolutely nothing, everything was as described

The hotel itself looks very nice from the outside. Entering the hotel, Enza greeted us with a smile. The check in was nice and smooth. The spa facilities were fantastic. We both had a full body relax massage -definitely recommend it. From the candles to nice relaxing music and the massage itself was extremely good and very relaxing. The two girls were so nice to us. Other facilities were good as well. The hotel staff were excellent and friendly with us and helpful especially Enza

We didn’t quite like the room. Maybe we were expecting a little bit too much taking that it is a 4 start hotel. The bathroom head shower could be a little bit more cleaner. The restaurant needs a bit of a refresh.

The hotel was very clean and had an impressive entrance. All the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The room was spacious and well equipped. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces. Evening meal was very tasty and breakfast was plentiful.

The only thing we didn't like was the location. It is in mainly a residential area, quite a distance from the centre which we did know in advance. All these are problems that the hotel has no control over.

clean hotel with friendly staff and comfortable room. I stayed during a major cycling event along with many other cyclists at the same time. The hotel accommodated all of us including our bikes and were very welcoming. Not close to the centre of Grossetto, but still close enough to get there if needed.

The hotel is pleasant, in a beautiful area, neat and clean appearance and in addition the staff at check in, a man who not only spoke English but also German, which impressed me very much. Everything is clean and beautiful.

Everything is ok if you stay a maximum of 3 days or at least if you want to stay longer, do not take breakfast included. My wife and I had breakfast included, our mistake. The first 3 mornings were ok, after the 3rd, the kitchen staff looked at you as if you were walking in their food, they started with questions, where do we stay, what room, what do we call each other ... I was ashamed to I go down to breakfast, but my wife insists that in the end I paid for it.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. It was a pragmatic choice for an overnight stay en route through Italy, and the location is close to the major road network. The evening meal was good value. The room was large and clean.

Lacking in character, but not chosen for this reason. The bathroom was small and the fixtures and fittings were a little tired (& rusty).

The hotel was great, the spa was amazing one of the best ibe been! The food at the resturant was very good i loved it! The room was super vlean and nice decorated, the women that cleand the room was amazing! The location was next to the bus and that helpd me a lot. It was good anergy and they were flexeble with me about the cheq- out time

The only thing i didnt like, is thqt in the booking websit you wrote its inclooding spa, and in the end they asket me 20€ for the spa, which havent been said to me when i have cheket in

Everything, great staff all above average, nothing Was to much trouble for them. Location is brilliant just a couple of minutes from town centre by car plenty of local cafe nearby. Food in the restaurant was excellent ( would recommend booking as its very popular)

Perfect night. Room and bath were perfect, the bed was great. A good welcome with nice people. Good location for going in the center of Grosseto which is really nice. The breakfast was on top with multiple choice. Thanks !
