The staff upon arrival and in the breakfast area were very friendly and welcoming. Beds and bathroom above average in my double bedroom , with block out curtains and electric blind to keep light and sound out. This is the first hotel in 14 hotels Ive stayed in within 2 months , that supplied a decent sized luggage stand to fully open my large suitcase. There was still room to move around in the room too. A decent sized shower and good pressure in the shower is always a bonus when you are out all day sightseeing. Fantastic location for all services and an 8 minute walk to town centre and services. I needed to use the laundromat , which was also a 2 minute walk away. You can hire a bike and cycle for hours on safe bike tracks . This city surprised me with so much to see. The main reason I based myself here was 1 hours drive to the Saturnia thermal pools. Breakfast is included and is lovely and offers many options.

The hotel is excellent, beautiful clean and relaxing decoration, spacious room, very comfortable bed. The shower is very good, great size for most places I have stayed in Italy in this tour. A kettle, tea and coffee facilities as well as complimentary water was provided. Good breakfast selection, the cakes were delicious! The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful, generally very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked everything, if anything maybe located by the train station which is positive for anyone arriving there and negative if you don’t want to be so close!

I only stayed 1 night on my way to Ercolano but it was clean and comfortable with a tiny balcony overlooking the station and parking lot but nice views in the distance. Elevator. Just across the parking lot from the train station so very convenient. Staff was very friendly and the fellow who served me spoke English which I appreciated as I was tired from train travel when I arrived. There is a Lidl across the street, very clean laundromat (Linda) just 4 minutes walk, two kebab restaurants beside the hotel entrance if you just want a quick bite. If you have the time, I recommend going to Il Tagliapasta restaurant just a short 6 mins walk from the hotel on a quiet side street. The food, the staff, the atmosphere are outstanding! You will not be disappointed. I was there over the lunch hours and not busy. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but that is available and the seating area looks very nice. Checkin and checkout was very easy.

Staff is super nice ! Luca from reception gave me very good tips of travelling in Tuscany, Raimunda from breakfast was very friendly. Everyone was very welcoming. Location is really convenient in front of train station and walking distance to city centre. Rooms were comfortable with everything you need. I definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast time finishing at 9h30 is a bit too early for me, could go at least until 10h. Also walls are a bit thin so it can be noisy depending on your neighboors, but I have managed to sleep well.

Clean, quiet room. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and amazing pressure—best shower we’ve had anywhere in Europe! Very strong wifi. The two complimentary bottles of water in the room were a nice touch. Convenient location next to the train station with a grocery store very close by and a short walk to restaurants and the town center. We planned to pay for parking in the hotel garage (very low price) but there were a number of free spaces directly in front of the hotel. Francesco and Luca at reception were very welcoming and helpful.

The location is right by the side of the train station, so it was very easy to find and surprisingly there wasn't any noise. Everything else in town was also walking distance away from the hotel. The staff are pretty friendly (although not all of them speak English), the room was clean and cosy.

During the breakfast teabags were served with food on the self-serving tables, but there was no kettle or even hot water served, so I needed to get the staff (and that particular staff member didn't speak much english, if I recall correctly) to make me some tea anyways, which was a bit confusing.

Hotel is very nice, simple, clean, and stuff is friendly, and english speaking. Location was suitable for us since it was close train station, when we arrived, and close to the bus station since we were going to the beach both days. Center of the town is 15 min walk, so it is not long walk.

My only dislike and discomfort are connected to the people sitting in the coffee bar and fast food restaurant around the hotel. I did not feel nice around them, although nothing happened and nobody said anything to me or my daughters. It is just this feeling that I had that was not comfortable.

Nothing. This is a hotel which is located next to Grosseto train station and is a ten-minute walk to the walled town. There is a statue linked to the Maremma region outside the station and this is something I had never heard about.

Coffee should be part of the breakfast and not paid The wifi works well but logging is a bit complicated. It is necessary to register and to complete the registration you will receive an email with a link or numerical code to complete the registration. However, your computer does not yet have a connection, so it does not even receive emails. I read the email on my smart phone using my data, so OK, but if I don't have a mobile with a data connection, how do I get to the email needed to complete the registration... ?
