- Great location, both close to the port and to the small town by the sea with lots of shopping and restaurant options (for a small town) - Room was super spacious and the bathroom was huge with two sinks which made our stay very comfortable - The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ramona, Bernardo and Mario helped us with our endless requests and questions from booking restaurants to renting a car and even a boat! They made our stay very special and we’re grateful to all of them.

The breakfast spread could be improved. This is a very small point for me because I prefer to have breakfast in a pasticceria when I’m in Italy, and there’s a great pasticceria right next to the hotel.

Loved this hotel, so beautiful, common areas and gardens are gorgeous, with amazing breakfast in the garden pavilion. Staff were splendid both on reception and at breakfast. I loved my stay here so much, I would gladly stay here again but in a room facing the garden.

I got a much larger room than booked, i booked a garden room for quietness, and to be able to open windows at night, as i don't like aircon. The staff kindnerss was appreciated but aircon didn't really cope with such a huge room, so it was very stuffy, and I couldn't really sleep with open windows, as it faced into the street, and as a result, it was too loud till early hours and through the night, even with earplugs.

Friendly staff at check in and at breakfast. Room is huge considering the price, and it’s in a fantastic location. Everyone is helpful and polite. Breakfast is traditional Italian style so don’t expect a large buffet and enjoy the simplicity. Ferragamo amenities😭😍

Almost everything was perfect. It’s small so not too many people passing through. There’s a nightclub (Sushi bar) downstairs, which had heavy base playing on a Saturday night. I was quite happy that it finished at 2am, and then it was dead quiet like every other night. Pack earplugs for the 3 hours it may effect you, as the location, size and cleanliness of rooms and friendly service are worth it.

This is our favorite hotel in Italy. It is elegant, spacious , with a beautiful garden space where they provide a beautiful breakfast. We also love the location o. A pedestrian only square and a shopping district with no cars. You can step out on a Vera da to see flowers and trees. There are many great restaurants in the square and shopping g area. The staff is happy and helpful.

The accommodation was stunning, just perfect. And the staff were so helpful and practical. I made a mistake with my booking, entirely my fault but the staff seamlessly sorted this for us, I'm sure it took effort in the background but we didn't notice any issues from our end. It's a luxury hotel with a really wam and homely feel and that is thanks to the caring staff. The breakfast was delicious and a great range.

The hotel is beautiful and has an outstanding central location. The staff is very friendly and a special mention to the lady in charge of breakfast that was outstanding!

The hotel is really nice. The only comment is that I requested the room with a jacuzzi in the private terrace who has a different price. However, the jacuzzi did not work during the entire period we stayed i the hotel..

We got this on a reduced rate. For that price, the property was exceptional. The suite room was absolutely huge, decorated with a lot of old-school glamour. It felt very luxurious. The shower was incredible and the bed was really comfortable. It was in a great location right in the centre of Ischia Porto. The staff were really nice and the hotel as a whole is absolutely beautiful

Facilities were a bit basic, it was often hard to find a member of staff as they seemed to be short-staffed. The room could have done with being a bit cleaner- it wasn't dirty, but there was a lack of attention to detail. At a reduced rate though it was good value for money. If I was paying full price I would have been more annoyed by these points.

The staff is really friendly and helpfull, the breakfast is marvellous... fresh fruits, delicious cakes and tastefull soft bread (a rarity on mainland Italy). The room was spotless and well equipped. Be aware that the shower is see-through. We were very happy with our decision to stay here and will come back when possible.

The club /bar downstairs that played thumping music till 1am on a Sunday night. Wouldn’t mind if we had been told . Just make sure before booking you check if there is DJ if you’re not up for partying.

Very comfortable and clean room with splendid view over the hotel gardens, looking towards the hills in the distance. A superb breakfast. Very helpful and kind staff. Excellent location within a short (about 10 minute) walk of both the ferry port and the main bus station. Highly recommended.
