Location was perfect - 5 minute walk to the marina where you can go on boat trips to Portovenere and Cinque Terre, among others, and about a 20 minute walk to the train station. Location was in a nice part of the city centre and although it can be noisy staying there at times with the restaurants dotted around it did not bother us as it added to the chill atmosphere we wanted. Beds were comfortable. There is a fridge and a kettle with tea sachets provided. Payment and self check-in was easy to do. Easy to locate and enter through the information provided to you after check-in. No staff present but the WhatsApp number provided let you communicate with owners within normal hours. Value for money was good. Bags can be stored in the corridor after check-out.

Not much to critique about but the shower space was a bit small for our room but it wasn't much of an issue. Also there is a coffee pod dispenser in the corridor but there is no coffee machine anywhere to be found.

The room was amazing! Great facilities and clean. great great place. 5 minute train from train station to the first main town in Cinque Terre.

Stairs were tough with suitcases and 16 minute walk to train station so recommend a taxi but great place!! I will recommend to everyone.

Good location, short walk from central station. Room was well equipped and tidy. Also instructions from the host were very detailed on how to do self check-in.

Poor sound insulation from outside and hard bed mattress. Breakfast was not what we expected (only coffee and focaccia/croissant).

Poor breakfast, one cappuccino and one croissant per person, offered at one small pastry shop on Corso Cavour. I was expecting at least a small bottle of water.

It was very spacious and comfortable. We made a mistake and took the keys to the wrong room and the staff was very flexible and let us stay in that room.

The Wi-Fi password is very long! The breakfast is just a croissant anda coffee from s nearby cafe.

The bed was a Twin bed pushed together to make a Double bed, however one of the twin beds was broken and the beds kept separating making it very uncomfortable to sleep as there was a gap in the middle with a sheet over it.

We booked here very last minute at midnight as we got a little stranded, the person over the phone was responsive and helped us get in to the accommodation.

Great location in an area close to everything but still quite quiet. Easy to walk to the marina and restaurants. The breakfast was small but great- one of the best coffees I have had and the croissant was delicious.
