very nice old apartment renovated, good breakfast selfservice in common kitchen, clean, all OK, in the center of the old city meeting streets(corso), very good price/quality ratio

The rooms are big and spacious and as me and my friend were the only ones there we had full use of the kitchen to make our breakfast. The kitchen was well stoked with what we needed like milk, eggs, yoghurt, cereal and some cakes. It is in a good location near some nice restaurants but in a quiet area.

I think if you stayed in the holiday season when the hotel is busy the kitchen would be a bit cramped if there is more than 2 of you trying to make breakfast at once. We never saw any staff here while we stayed which we liked but if you did want to fond out information on anything it could be a bit tricky.

We love the location of Casa Lissania! This trip we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and pool! Thank you again for another wonderful stay with you Ferdinando!! See you next summer!

Great place, beautiful garden, in ancient surroundings. Very pleasant experience. Very tasteful traditional cakes are available in the kitchen all day long.

Very kind and hospitable hosts. They were happy to provide us with an invoice for our stay. Spacious and welcoming rooms with their own style. The breakfast area is available all day and at a convenient time for everyone. Free parking nearby as long as you find a space. Location is good. Strongly recomend.

The bed is stylish but creaky, there was no heating in the bathrooms (years ago it was available).

we liked the orange room because of its floor to.ceiling windows with view over the rooftops of Lamezia. as seen from the bed. Spacious bath attached and another side room with sleeping couch. Smooth and easy handling through owners of the place, assisting also with recommendations on dinner locations for example. Quiet but central Location. Breakfast room always with selection of cakes, fridge and cooker. Attentive Housekeeping

Large rooms and bathroom. Pleasant environment and great location. Breakfast was available at all times. The manager was easy to talk to and to respond to our requests.

The main problem for us was that the room is on a second floor by stairs, which was not expected. This was very unpleasant since we are older guests and have knee problems. Another small problem we had was the lack of hot water during the first night. However, this problem was fixed the next day after we reported it.

Good quality place. Everything is stylish and well maintained - sorry to say, that is quite unusual in my experience of South Italy - so everything works ....and nothing is broken, amazing !! Very nice kitchen and breakfast. It's an Italian dolce style breakfast but more variety than usual and I liked the home made jams and the cakes. I had the green room, the twin at the front and it was very pleasant with a little balcony and views over the city and the hills. Happy to recommend!

The location was great and the homemade cakes were very nice for breakfast. The was really cute and well maintained. The view from my room was also very nice. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend the place!
