I want to thanks the amazing servers at the breakfast room for being very nice and attending to us with fast service. On our first day they broke many plates and cups because they are running when cleaning up, not to let the customers wait. The towels and sheets smell fresh and clean even though it does not have those heavy freshener. Bathroom is clean. The room is big with a big sliding door. The bed is King. The breakfast in very good with meat, cheese, bunch of bread choices, hot scrambles and boiled egg. Choices of Drinks, juices, bottle water, my cappuccino is excellent you will get addicted. Plenty of parking space for free.

Dog friendly hotel, which is great! Near Treviso, Mestre and Venice if you are travelling with a car. There is a parking space (some are in front of the rooms). Breakfast was truly great and fresh with real coffee. The staff was kind.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, someone was definitely smoking there despite the signs claiming it is not allowed so it would be good if the hotel enforced it.

The spacious room for family. Very comfortable beds. We had additional towels , which is good when you travel with kids. Very tasty breakfast with fried eggs, bacon, cereals, pastry . The kids liked lemon cake very much.

There were two locations in Google maps , so first we arrived the wrong place which is 5 km far. But the location on Apple Maps was accurate.

We found the staff fast and helpful staff (especially during check-in and check-out), the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, and the bathroom was nice and modern. Breakfast had a cozy (though a bit dark) atmosphere and waiters were super friendly.

We thought the decorations were perhaps a bit dark, making it not feel quite as "fresh/bright" (very subjective). Also, the soap/shampoo bottles were quite difficult to use for older members of my family, since the squeezing motion (I hope we used it correctly) wasn't as easy as just a push-down bottle. Just a tiny detail though, the bathroom was in general very nice and clean!

Breakfast was really good.

The problem was the location. It’s just of the dual carriageway and there is nothing in walking distance. Also they weren’t happy giving water bottles. Some of staff refused giving bottled water saying your only allowed what the housing keeping keeps in the room no extra. We were a big group. I was disappointed Some days house keeping didn’t change our beds. We had 6 rooms

The Staff is wonderful and extremely professional and helpful. Amazing breakfast! Great for international guests and for locals (really… there is everything you can wish!). Very quiet and kind of personal, not an anonymous hotel like others. The room was good, spacious, very clean. We will surely go back!

We could park the car in front of our room. There was enough space for our 5 persons family. Personnel was friendly. In the breakfast room they asked which coffee we want to have and brought it to table. Croissants were excellent!

Rooms looked better in pictures. Single beds were quite narrow and blankets looked old. In the terrace there were smokers (like everywhere outside Finland).

The breakfast was perfect. The hotel is comfortable for transit stay having its own parking and located not far from motorway. Despite the nearby road, the room was quiet.

Our room was separated from the next room by a door. Although we did not notice the guests there, it was a little embarrassing.

Nice staff in a reception and very nice ladies in the hotel restaurant. We got big room with comfortable beds for 4 people. Quite good breakfast with coffee served from the bar.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room with Smart TV. Bathroom was very clean, and the room was very spacious.

Considering it's not necessarily central, the price seemed a little too much.
