I had spent the whole day in hospital waiting rooms with no food and water and missed my bus to go back to Rome. I was very stressed and needed a room last minute. The room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful with a gorgeous view! The bed was a little hard, but it didn't hinder my overall experience. I ordered a steak with room service and it was absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast had a large selection with fresh coffee made right then and there. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I really want to praise the hotel staff. I had a situation with my (first) room that it was next to the room with a guest who was obviously unwell - loud coughing and sneezeng, etc. Practically, I could not sleep normaly in the room. I asked for room change and the staff proceeded it smoothly. Thanks again! Rooms we good, clean with nice view on Apennine Mountains. Breakfast is typically Italian, with a lot of croisants. I am not personally amazed by this, but it was OK and I noticed that other guests were happy. Again, the staff in the hotel restaurant was attentive.

This is not a problem for hotel, but rather for the city (L'Aquila). The city is sprawled along the valley. As I had night intercity buses to and from L'Aquila, so I chose this hotel as it is next to intercity bus stop, which proven to be a good decision, as some of my colleagues at the conference had an issue with city taxis. Hotels in the area where "Canadian" is located are not so close to the historic city core, which is additionally on a hill, with a lot of parked cars in narrow streets and unfriendly pavement. If you prefer to walk between accommodation and the city core with the most of attractions (like me), it can be challenging.

Rather loud location and loud fans from own restaurant, however, not really a surprise giving the location close to the hightway exit

The staff was very nice, the indoor swimming pool is a wonderful thing to have, the position is perfect to go everywhere being near the highway entrance. The food was very good and the room was very big and clean, a little downsize was the bed that is a little too hard for people with back problems but this is really a minor inconvenience. We had a wonderful experience and we will evaluate the possibility to come back! P.S. another positive thing is that during our holiday all the COVID restrictions were respected without affecting the comfort of our staying

Great Canadian hospitality. Room was completely modernized. Evening meal was sumptuously prepared and served. Breakfast choices were plentiful. Highly recommended.

The location is a bit outside the city center but parking is just fantastic. The staff is perfect and I'm sure this is still my favourite hotel when I visit L'Aquila.

Morning light is mostly impossible to block with curtains. A "do not disturb" tag would be very good to avoid room service early morning.
