The apartment has a large common room; the suites each have a digital number lock on them. Both suites have 3 rooms each, and a large bed. One has a sauna&bathtub, the other has a couch in a separate room. The rooms are quite large as well. This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. When we arrived there was no warm water due to some technical problem. The owners came over immediately, were very nice and fixed it within the day.

It was too cold for me. But that's not rare, I encounter it quite often that hosts have not turned on the heating at this time of year yet.

A wonderful apartment in the center of l'Aquila with a large well equipped bedroom and bathroom. We loved the self check-in option, since we arrived late in the evening. Bars and restaurants are all in walking distance, the perfect place to be based for a stay in the city. Espresso, Tea and a fridge are available in the kitchen and the host offers plastic-free consmetics in the bathroom. A small but tasty breakfast is served in a coffee shop around the corner (using a voucher).

Our shower drain was not cleaned properly before our stay and was clogged, which caused some minor flooding. No major problem though, after we realized what the issues was.

it was right in the city center. We checked in online and didn’t need any key to enter the building or room (everything was done through a portal online). The room was spacious and clean.

Not enough privacy between the two rooms in the apartment. I could hear the people next door going to the toilet and clearly hearing what they were saying. There was a door that connected our room to the people’s next door’s bathroom and you could see inside the keyhole. We had to put tape over it.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of L’Aquila. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Quiet space despite being so close. Great communication. Would love to have stayed longer.

The location was great. The hotel locates in the city center, bustling with vibrant bars, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. I enjoyed the nightlife there. The place was very nice and clean.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Location right in the center of town, sauna was incredible, and owners super friendly. Safe place in hallway downstairs to leave our bicycles.

Perfect for those who want to be amongst the action and close to nightlife! If live music is your jam, this is the place for you. It’s gorgeous and centrally located to bars and restaurants.
