The main restaurant wasn’t as I expected,it was overpriced and the food was bland and poorly made,tbh I was disappointed , we ate just the first time and other nights had to go other restaurants in lecce thankfully it was close to the hotel…

Wonderful 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom suite with large terrace. Very peaceful & relaxing. Amazing spa treatments. Good golf course. Enjoyable area surrounding pool.

I felt there was very limited food options. only the one main restaurant at night. Very restricted menu but the food and service was very good. It was difficult as 3 out of our 5 nights the menu didn’t convert to English and we could only read it on our ph via QR code. As international guests, a written English menu would have been really appreciated. A more casual bistro setting for an alternate evening meal would help and possibly an earlier dinner. Lunchtime was also very limited food option on menu at bar.

The beach club has amazing service on the beach food and drinks they bring you at the sunbeds Awesome food and quality

No 1 would like to improve the bat at night its Italy no proper negroni like Vermont they dont have antica formula or any other quality vermouth the staff is useless they have no proper training in drinks and cocktail

The minibar charge. We were charged for the water bottles in the minibar but there was no price catalogue or information on the charge.

Great service and offers a lot of value for money

The resort is very large, with lots of facilities. The pool area is very quiet and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also of a high quality.

The restaurant available for dinner was the worst, most disorganised experience we have ever had. The waiters were rude and were visibly annoyed even before starting to take orders. Upon taking each person’s order for antipasto and/or primo/secondo, there were multiple incorrect advice given about how dishes were served, showing no understanding of what was available. Dishes were then sent randomly with no explanation, and when asked the waiter yanked a dish away from the table in a strop, again with no explanation. Although the food was of good quality (although some cold), the service was dreadful and there was no apology or understanding until I confronted the restaurant manager a third time due to issues. The bill then arrived with a €30 coperto after the pathetic excuse for service, and the waiter in question again showed the worst people skills ever seen in waiting staff. The restaurant really lets this place down and would deter us from staying here again.
