Stepping into the apartment you can immediately tell that Domenico and his wife have furnished and maintain the B&B as if it is their own home. Impeccably cleaned everyday with a vast continental breakfast offering. A very spacious room and large bathroom with walk in shower. The location is excellent with shopping around the corner, the old town about 10 minutes walks and station 20 minutes - you are right in the heart of it all without being too busy. I would definitely stay at Dimi House again and highly recommend to others.

This is a very cozy place in the heart of Lecce and so close to everything. The rooms are a nice size and the bathrooms even bigger with great showers. The beds are comfy even the pull out couch was comfortable for our son. I forget our host name I am sorry but he pays a lot of attention to all the little details, which makes the Dimi House a wonderful place to stay. I just loved the breakfast room and all the choices you have. He was extremely helpful with supplying a garage for our car during our stay. Luckily he had availability, Note you should request parking before arriving we got very lucky. Looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our host, pays very special attention to detail and it’s decorated beautifully according to the season. The rooms look just like the pictures and the Superior room is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Location is key in a city and it’s right close to the heart of Lecce. He provides an assortment of choices from cheese, meats, delicious sweets, HB eggs and more. If you need parking let him know in advance and he may be able to provide right on property. Definitely would come back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The location of Dimi House was about a 10/15 minute walk into the Historic Centre. It was so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a continental buffet of lots of different things to choose, served in a big room or you could also sit on the balcony outside. There was Car Parking on the street outside but it was very busy. We used the underground car park at the accommodation which we pre booked beforehand for 15euros per night.

Best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. It is a short walk to the Centro Historico. The owner is a fantastic host. We could not find parking, so he accompanied my husband to the parking garage and took him to an underground private lot, where the car was parked behind its own locked door, for $15 euros a night. Our room was suite 1, which was HUGE. The biggest bed I have ever seen in an enormous L-shaped room, with a sofa and desk in the extension. The bathroom was huge and had perfect water pressure. The unit had three glass doors onto the balcony which ran the entire length of the suite. The doors and giant window above the bed all had remote control blinds! The decor was beautiful. Everything was spotless. Lots of lighting for reading or working. And the place smelled fantastic. No smells of age or dust, which is common in even the loveliest of Italian residences. Breakfast consisted of various cereals, lots of different pastries, meats and cheeses, fruits, juices and coffee and tea. There is a long table where everyone eats together, unless they prefer to sit on the balcony and watch the street view. It was incredible. Stay here in Suite 1. You will be thrilled.

The sign for Dimi House is on the right of a recessed doorway, and is only about 2 inches tall. Also, when you enter the enormous doors into a huge marble hallway, there is no lighting, so it is rather dark. But walk up the gracious stairway and you are in heaven.

The room we had was excellent - big and spacious. It really was an exceptionally beautiful room. The lady on site too was excellent and very nice and very helpful. The room was 10/10!!! I would go back for sure. Great location!!

I would have given Dimi House 10/10 - if the breakfast had been better. Breakfast was more on the ‘OK’ side than being ‘very good’. The coffee was very good, but the room it was served in was far too hot in my opinion. The Air Con could have been switched on. If the breakfast had been excellent Dimi House would be 10/10 all day long.

We booked the suite. It is palatial in size and bed is wonderfully large. Lovely decor and large modern bathroom. Breakfast was very good and plentiful Dominico gave us an extra blanket when we asked. There is a kettle in the room which was much appreciated! He gave us lots of recommendations for where to eat & the one we chose was outstanding!

Check in was 4pm and Checkout 10am and host was unable to let us store luggage.

The room was really large and decorated beautifully. Both the bathroom and the room were spotless. Shower was lovely. Bed was really comfortable. Fantastic location to explore Lecce, a short walk outside the old town but we preferred that.

While the pastries and coffee for breakfast were lovely, it would have been nice to have the option of eggs or some cooked breakfast. We also had to park our car and since the road outside is quiet narrow, preferred to park it in the garage that was available, however 15 euro a day is a little expensive. But we could have taken the option to park outside and pay per hour if we had wanted.

Dimi House is without doubt one of the most elegant and welcoming B&B's we have ever stayed in. Our room was just beautifully decorated and very large. We chose the room with the balcony which gave us a sitting room off the large main bedroom with balcony access from three rooms( two mentioned above plus the large bathroom. We took up the parking option which was very convenient and saved us trying to find parking nearby. The breakfast was extensive and the most choice we have had during our stay in Italy. In our opinion, Dimi House is 11 out of 10!!

Our experience was amazing! The room is very comfortable, designed to provide everything we might need and very clean. The whole B&B is very beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very tasty, with a variety of choices. Domenico is very kind and helpful, he even helped us find a parking spot on the street. The location of the B&B is great, near the historic center.100% recommend!
