We were there also last year and this year was room smaller BUT our terrace was beautiful with beautiful view to sea and street. We really like breakfast - salty and also sweet and fruit, vegetables. The employees are very nice and helpful. We really like Lido di Jesolo and Hotel Arena ❤️

We had to travel at night because of baby, so we wanted late check out. But it was impossible. We had to pay all night, no just all day.

Location was amazing! Close to the beach, close to the restaurant, close to everything! Breakfast was good, varierty of things. The waiter has got so much positive energy, he is great! We had a parking space. They also gave us the bikes to ride. Overall AMAZING, we would stay there for months if we could.

Shower, there are moments of hot water and moments of ice water very often. Just that, nothing else. Everything else was perfect.

After visiting this hotel 2x times, we can say that the 2nd one was even better than the 1st stay. We love this hotel! The sea view rooms are wonderful, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and have lots of choice. The staff is the best, they are so welcoming and nice! We appreciate the kindness, smiles, help, and warm welcoming! This hotel feels like home! We will come back for sure!

Everything was perfect

We liked everything. - good value for money - clean - very nice and helpful staff, one of the best ever - great position - nice beach- prereserved sunbeds for the whole stay, prioritizing families with small kids - nice breakfast - although the room is a bit small, it is renovated and clean

Maybe it would be better if they changed the plastic table and chairs on the balcony. The room is small but it is fair for a 3 star

breakfast was great, the view and the location perfect, personell very welcoming, kind and helpful. the room, interior and the atmosphere was relaxing, nice, positive and clean. we liked everything. thank you very much!

Everything was ok. We had an apartment with 2 rooms (had 6 beds), space in room not to much but ok. Staff was very helpful with any request, clean rooms (daily), free wifi, nice hotel and terrace with coffee bar. 150 meters from the beach. Beach chairs included.

Everything was just perfect, really. They are super kind, the breakfast is great, the location is perfect, sunbeds at the beach are included, and the room is a decent size and has a great bathroom ... For a 3* just awesome!

The only suggestion I would have is adding a kettle and some coffee/tea bags.

The hotel is very clean, new, close to the beach, its staff is more than welcoming and kind. We arrived earlier at the hotel and they managed to get us in our rooms before check in. Even though it s on the main street, it s not noisy at all at night. Excellent and perfect stay! Thank you!
