Balcony views where exceptional. The breakfast was always plentiful but could do with something to go with the bacon and scrambled egg ie beans

Great,beautifule hotel closed to the beach.

Beautiful view, when I open the balcony door there is a breathtaking view : blue ocean and light blue sky. The airco is good. There is seperate place for my 11 years old son bedroom, privacy. The cleaning service came daily, they change the towels and clean the room. Free parking for our car, free umbrella and beds on the beach.

The bathroom is too small, the shower cabine is old, can not move easily. The wash table is moving, not attach to the wall, very old drying phone, difficult to dry my hair. The bed is big enough but very hard, bad for my back.

The hotel has free parking. Every room has own reserved umbrella on the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Some of rooms have no balcony. I've heard that people had argue with the hotel staff about the balcony. So it's possible that you won't get the room with balcony even if you book it.

The staff was very friendly. They were always accommodating. We had an issue at check out where their system said we had ordered something from the bar, which we definitely had not. They quickly rectified the issue. With the exception of the elevators, the hotel was very clean. The location is amazing. The beach was always well kept and organized. The cleaning staff was also quite amazing. We don't like people coming in our room while we're staying in a hotel, despite this fact, the cleaning lady always asked us for our old towels and trash every time she saw us. She also always gave us new towels and toiletries.

The elevator situation needs to be fixed. There were so many times that the elevator would get stuck on a floor because the security doors wouldn't shut correctly. The elevators were extremely disgusting and stunk. The parking was also not very pleasant. But that has nothing to do with the hotel, that is mostly Italy in general. Even 5 star hotels have horrible parking arrangements. The breakfast needs to be changed drastically. There wasn't very much to choose from, and the eggs and bacon were literally absolutely repulsive. The bathrooms could also use make over. Our toilet seat was so crooked and the button to flush always leaked water whenever it was pushed.
