really friendly and helpful reception staff. Everywhere really clean. Room usual size for Italy - not huge Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choice, chef willing to cook anything you wanted. Particularly lovely, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable lady on reception - Claudia. We also mentioned both of our birthdays would fall during our stay and on both occasions they very kindly sent complimentary champagne and biscuits to our room which was a really lovely thing to do. Brilliant location, 2/3 mins walk to bars, restaurants, shops etc.

Shower cubicle really really small !!! Pool crowded with families with small children so quite noisy. Also you had to book and pay to sit around the pool. We were challenged by member of beach staff that we were sitting in wrong spot but we hadn't been told this by hotel staff. He let us stay there though so all good. Shame there wasn't a UK flag.

The breakfast is great, a large selection of food, fresh vegetables and fruits. The pool is cleaned every day. The rooms are clean, with spacious terraces facing the sea. The bed linen is changed every day, the air conditioners are excellent, they cool the rooms perfectly even when the balcony doors are closed. open.The staff is very friendly, they are great organizers, all praise.There is also natural shade, it is possible to reserve sunbeds and umbrellas in the courtyard of the hotel for an additional fee.

We booked this hotel last minute, didn’t have time to choose much, but this hotel has definitely exceeded all our expectations. Great location, beachfront, private beach is included in the rate and one can choose any sunbed also front row if an early bird. Upon arrival we were greeted by the reception staff, best I ever saw. Friendly, check in went smooth and fast, all our requests met, they so wanted to help us with the parking, which is also included, but is very packed snd at first looked like a complete chaos, but hotel staff do it for you. They even have put our electric car to charge before our leave, found the wire themselves, no extra fees. Still amazed how awesome it is all working here. Reception staff also helped us with the late check out. Nice breakfast on the terrace, with barista made coffee, prosecco. Well designed and maintained pool area. Excellent place for relaxing holiday.

Our triple room was really tiny, with one extra bed it was almost empty to move around. Next time we will come for longer and book a bigger room. Beds were not that comfy. I would not mind a bigger selection of local food for breakfast.

It is in front of the beach and the breakfast is very good. The staff very friendly and with a lot of choices to have dinner and have fun just in walking distance.

That they don‘t give towels for the beach and that they charge you daily if you want to use the Lounges in the pool.

Every morning at 6:30, a cleaning guy started to use a very noisy hoover to clean the pavement next to the pool

View from our room is great. The staff at the restaurant are friendly. Parking has been solved smartly.

The bathroom is not in good condition any more. Old fashioned and dirty.

my room was double room seaview room and had a big verandah but the room was awkward shape and small. not enough space in bathroom vanity

Breakfast was superb with a lot of variety food and also omelette and pancakes cooked upon request. Location is fantastic right on the beach. Highly recommended for a stay.

The hotel is right on the beach, it has a big parking and the best thing about it is that the staff is absolutely fabulous.
