The overall experience was fantastic, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The restaurant at Hotel Neps offers delicious food, with the pizzas being a standout—crispy, flavorful, and simply outstanding. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service we received from Eleonora at the reception. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail added a special touch to our experience. Eleonora went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, and her warm personality made a lasting impression on us.

We noticed a significant difference between the standard and superior rooms. While the standard room was very clean, it didn’t quite match the level of comfort and amenities that we experienced in the superior room.

Place was great, when we got a room we reserved (based on pictures). 1st night we spent in a really small one, but got much better the following day. Bathroom was fantastic, newly renovated with huge shower area and a lot of space. Restaurant in the hotel is really nice and all staff members are very helpful, except the night guard, which does not understand any english :) Beach is just around the corner, but it was not a season, so we just had an evening walk there.

We arrived earlier, so we got really tiny room with tiny bathroom. I am happy we got much nicer with bigger bathroom next day. Pillows and really, really small, But I got some extra, when asked. Rooms have no closet, just an open shelf. There is a private parking area for visitors, but it is rather small

Our second time at Hotel Neps. I said it before, it is an absolute gem. Close to the beach and shops and a great base for visiting Venice or other lovely places (we did a coach tour to Verona and Lake Garda) on this trip. The staff are lovely, the rooms although compact are perfect for our needs (and kept spotless with daily housekeeping) and the food for breakfast and evening meals in their restaurant is really wonderful. Thoroughly enjoy our stays here.

We loved this Place. Room was clean and perfect for the vacation. The restaurant, the staff, breakfast were brilliant. Everybody was supportive, smiling and showed us the message that we are very welcomed. The small gifts to the children also a nice gesture. If back in Jesolo, no question around the hotel.

The Staff was the best from reception to restaurant and breakfast staff . Very friendly. The food at both the restaurant and Breakfast was excellent lots of choices

The single room bed is not suitable for adult however the reception staff was excellent and offered me a double room instead . Excellent customer service

We we not satisfied with reserved room, because it was on top of main street and hotel restaurant. We were afraid of noise during the night. Hotel stuff did their best to find us other room which was bit smaller than reserved one but meets our requirements. Food in hotel's restaurant was excellent and their wine was great also.

Not so much to dislike. Maybe receptionist could react better when we were not satisfied with reserved room and try to find other room for us bit sooner.

the staff was absolutely amazing the hotel itself is brand new well kept and clean, pet friendly which I think is great and they also have a deal with the beach shore room are modern very cosy and clean the location is right in the center but no noise around, also very close to the beach parking jus behind the hotel which is very good and also in a safe place (we arrived with 2 motorbikes)

if I have to be very picky…I would have put a lid on top of the scramble egg at breakfast, other than that everything was absolutely on point

Hotel Neps is perfectly located, in a central street with all the shops and restaurants. The stuff was great, including the owner and they fonction as a good team. Their restaurant in the basement has good Italian food, not expensive and is full every evening.

The furniture in the room was pritty oldfashion.

We have spent 4 weeks this summer in this hotels, and it was our best vocation so far due to a wonderful stay at hotel Neps in Lido de Jesolo. The location is great( in the center & very close to the beach), beach places are very well organized, food is exceptionally excellent even according to Italian standards,rooms are very clean, they are cleaned every day,and of course, not less important, -the personal attitude to all the hotel staff to us. We would like to thank all the team who made our holidays so pleasant! From our first minutes of arrival - thanks to the young gentlemen working at the reception, who were very attentive & helpful to us, continuing the gentlemen in the evening at the restaurant ( I have mentioned already a wide choice of excellent meals selection ‘a la carte’), ladies & gentlemen in the morning at breakfast, which was also very good, to the technical support guy who could fix everything inside & outside & even breakfast when needed, and of course, the owner Elvis of the hotel who is so attentive to an every guest including us. You all, guys, made our holidays unforgettable! Thank you so much! We would love to come back as soon as we can!

May be beds, but we stayed in a non renovated part of the hotel, so if we paid more we would have another rooms with better beds.

Property was very clean and well appointed. We were given a free upgrade and our room was excellent! An amazing breakfast was included. We also had a discount at their restaurant. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful.
