Wonderful experience. Very comfortable location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with a huge variety of food, also spacious restaurant and plenty of seats. A big big plus from our family (with a 2 yo kid) — the heated indoor pool! Since it was cold to swim outside, our infant enjoyed swimming in the warm water. Also, great location, no steep hills or stairs. We had a lake view from our room — exceptional experience.

The only issue I can mention is the wifi. Our room was kind of far from the main building, and it always logged out. Every time you take the phone, you had to log in again to gain the access. We were using 4G instead, but still would be kind of nice to have a fast internet connection.

The views,the pool area very nice place to relax,car parking plentiful, food very nice and tasty but a bit repetitive, breakfast fantastic, chap on reception very helpful during check in showing us car parking, taking us to room offering to carry cases etc,room a fantastic size with balcony

Lots of stairs from our room to restaurant and pool area,but not much can be done about this,ignorant other guests,shower in bath just need a walk in shower,no a la carte menu

Great location,opportunity of parking inside the garden or the garage. Very kind staff! Awesome view of the lake from our balcony! There is a nice wellness corner,two pools. The food is tasty and various. A great authentic restaurant is available nearby. Especially liked the calmness of the nights,and the sound of the bell of the nearest church. Spent a lovely 3 nights there.

Loved the location, the view and the amenities. The gentleman at the reception desk was welcoming and very helpful. The buffet meals were good. The woman at the reception desk could use some lessons in customer service. She made you feel like it was an imposition to ask her for anything. Overall, though, the staff were great.

Good location close to the village. Spacious room. Spectacular view of the lake. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had in Italy.

The room smelled like it had been a smoking room before. No hand sanitizer in the restaurant which I believe is called for when you are serving a buffet.

Great location, lovely big room overlooking the lake. Breakfast had lots of choice and variety. Spa facilities were lovely. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help.

Parking was difficult at times as carpark small but they can offer parking down in the garage if carpark full.

Stunning views of lake and mountains from balcony, hotel terrace and outdoor pool, cool air conditioned room (the weather was hot!), spotlessly clean, used towels replaced daily. Wellness centre with indoor swimming pool and gym open from 8am. Outdoor pool had lots of sun beds with umbrellas, and some tables and chairs in the shade where you could order excellent light meals, drinks and cocktails. Great location in beautiful lakeside town with lots of places to eat and ice cream shops within easy walking distance. Generous eat-as-much-as-you-like buffet breakfast included in price. Good value for money with great facilities. Beautiful well-kept gardens.

The staff didn’t seem very happy! However they were helpful. We had dinner in the hotel one evening when there was a thunderstorm - the buffet food was mediocre. We were also disappointed we couldn’t have our meals outside - we could see no reason for this as both breakfast and dinner were self-serve buffets. The view from the terrace was stunning and meals outside there would have been wonderful.

This is a place which you could dream all your life and never found it . Everything was excelent . lake view room , breakfast with typical Italian charm and Prosecco , parking with electrical car place as well , pools. This is like a dream . I will definitely will retirn back . And especially are people and hospitality and local limone marmelade and Limoncello at the hotel reception and welcome Processo at the room . Beautiful location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast (and possibility to drink Prosecco at the terrace with Lakeview), very professional assistance, nice pool, ability to rent electric bikes, perfect place from which you can easily walk to every important location in Limone.

Beautiful room overlooking the lake. Simone is a lovely town. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food very good quality and tasty.

Only had entertainment on one of our four night stay. We appreciate that this was an out of season stay.
