Right next to the ferry. Excellent breakfast. Well located for a hiking excursion to Stromboli.

The hotel is right by the harbour, a very good location to explore the island. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful! The breakfast was excellent, from continental to Italian, the choice was overwhelming with everything tasting great! It was all nice and clean and the beds comfortable. Even though the Vulcano was spitting little sand dust over night and during the day, it was cleaned up straight away. Complimentary water was provided in the fridge every day! What a service on such a small island.

It was perfect, nothing we disliked.

Fabulous location ideal for dropping off any luggage on arrival without the need to get a taxi (tuc tuc/golf type cart) ) or drag you bag through narrow hot streets! But also great for accessing rest of the island and a short walk to the start of any hikes up Stromboli. The hotel was very happy for us to leave our luggage before and after check in and check out times which made things a lot easier. The room was very comfortable with air con included and there was a very good shower which was well needed after our sunset hike up the volcano. Breakfast was fabulous with a huge variety and quantity of food.

Nothing really although be aware that bars etc seem to close quite early in that part of the town. Not really an issue but worth knowing. Whilst corridors were a bit noisy with doors closing etc in the afternoon this was not a problem at all in the evening or overnight and we had a very peaceful night.

Good location near the port. very good breakfast and nice view of the vulcano. Rooms are clean but everything else correspond with 3 stars. So it is overpriced (but in Stromboli is everything more expensive then in Sicily).

We ordered room with vulcano view and we got sea view but they fixed it immediately. The door from the room is sealing (if you open the window the door is banging in the wind), very poor hairdrayer, and in bathroom there is only overhead shower.

Loved the friendliness, the proximity to pier and beach, the style and especially the breakfast buffet. At the center of all activities around Stromboli. We loved our boat tour for sunset aperitivo in Ginostra and volcanic stargazing with Luca as we were recommended.

This is off the beaten track, a small island village without water station so don't expect to arrive in a downtown 5 star hotel. My negative is only to remind you to have appropriate expectations, we loved it. Ah also our son was stung by a sea creature on the beach, probably a jellyfish. He didn't like it... so be careful.

The hotel has a separate room to serve breakfast with a great deal of choice. The staff really didn’t make an effort to explain our different options or how to work the coffee machine to get a cup of tea. Due to the fact we only spoke English

We had to change rooms as the first room was an apartment with separate kitchen area. Which was nice but no wifi. Which we needed to have. We got changed to just a small hotel like room which was fine but didn’t realise until our last day that it had a fridge built into the bedside table. We haven’t seen the small sign and the girl didn’t point it out. It would have come in handy had we realised.

The location was perfect - a few minutes walk from where the ferry arrives (you can see the hotel when you step off the ferry) and there is a ticket office for the ferry and a small shop right next door. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent - a really big choice. The staff were amazing - before I arrived they answered all my questions promptly regarding tours etc and when I arrived they continued to arrange everything for me. The room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe and secure. No problem to leave your luggage with reception if you have a late departure.

There was nothing I did not like but fellow travellers should be aware that most of the rooms are upstairs and there is no lift so if you have a heavy suitcase or have a problem with stair climbing you need to be aware of this.

The location is close to the port, down the main street. Very comfortable with heavy luggage. The rooms were clean and basic. We were facing the back street, so it was also quiet.

Every amenity is charged: Small bottles of water, Umbrellas. The lady at the reception was unpleasant and didnt make any effort to help. The overpriced breakfast was not fresh.

The hotel is right beside the port and 15 minutes walk from decent black send beach. An excellent base for hikes up Stroboli. Rooms were very spacious, brightly decorated with lovely views. Much better than the usual modern grey although a little dated perhaps. Breakfast was great too.

Get to breakfast early (8am!) as the hot food gets a little dried out on the hot plates after a while.

Nice Hotel close to the port on Stromboli, 5 mins from the port when you get off the ferry, so perfect location . Nice staff and a great breakfast in the very big breakfast room. A tour company right outside the hotel for walking tours up the volcano, nice guy so we arrived and checked in and within 30 mins had our room and a tour organised I will stay there again next time
