Good location, very well maintained, at walking distance from the cable car, with nice view to Motolino area. Very friendly family staff, keeping impeccable clean everywhere. The rooms provide comfortable space. Nice space at the bar next to the reception, good for those doing some work during vacation.

I would have liked a better internet connection but that seems to be a common feature wherever we went in Livigno.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Great with ski lockers in the basement, with heating for ski boots and access in/out from a back door. Cosy lobby offering bar service after ski or before dinner. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, including freshly made barista coffee on demand. The hotel is generally very cosy and very clean. Our room was cleaned every day. The location is perfect: 5 min to Carosello lift and close to several restaurants. A more quite location than in the city center, which we appreciated.

The beds were quite hard. The room was a bit smaller that expected. There was too little space in the room to put clothes. Ski clothes and equipment demand more space and hooks to hang up everything.

Everything was very nice. The lication is close to Carosello3000, there are nice restaurants around and shops to buy groceries. The rooms were hot and the people were really polite and helpful. The lemon tart on breakfast was amazing!

The sheets and the towels were not replaced during our stay of 6 days. Also the shampoo and other consumables.

the property is in a great location. it’s right near the castello lift and near the apres, the ski rental and near a ski pass pick up station. it has great ski lockers with heated boot racks. it has everything you need. Mirko was the host of the hotel and was absolutely fantastic. he’s so helpful to tell you where the best wine and food locations are. he made us feel so welcome and we will definitely be returning next year!

not much to dislike.

Great property very close to lifts. Great value and freindly staff

Rooms were very hot at night even with windows open in winter. Mattress was not good (room 102), and reception/lounge area closes at 9pm until 8am so nowhere to sit and relax other than the small rooms.

Breakfast was excellent, Really friendly and helpful staff Great service after heavy snowfall, they clean cars and parking places 👍

Skibus timetable doesn't work, Time-consuming travelling to Motilino

Spotlessly clean hotel with extremely helpful owner that I believe doesn't sleep! From early morning to late at night the owners work tirelessly to make you welcome and very helpful. While the rooms are basic, it's what I expected and paid for, the breakfast again is plentiful and within my expectations for the value of the hotel

Was as I expected, nothing wrong with the hotel at all for the star level and price.

Great guest house with friendly host and varied breakfast. Livigno is not cheap but is much better value for money than Austria or Switerland. Good for late season skiing. Lots to do when not skiing including lovely old museum in town. Lots of good value places to eat. Free bus service to get around town.

Noise from Carosell parties at night!

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Hotel is not in the middle of city, but great location, next to Carosello ski lift.
