The hotel is very well presented and well maintained. The cleanliness levels are excellent in all ereas, including the Spa. Every member of staff was polite, friendly, professional and helpful. The quality of food was excellent and the close proximity to the Carosello 3000 made it a perfect starting point for trekking. The Spa was very well maintained, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the perfect place to relax. We will be going back.

For me, the room's proximity to the restaurant made it quite noisy from 7:00 onwards, but my Wife disagrees.

Great dinner and breakfast, indoor pool with sauna where my children really enjoyed and they have a kids room as well.

The jacuzzi in spa made very loud noises. it sounded like water being flushed down a toilet. Sitting in a jacuzzi feels like you're sitting inside of a large toilet. No smart TV. Only Italian channels. The worst thing is that on hotel instruction in my room flag of my country Poland was printed upside down…. Really? Only because of that I’m giving that low opinion.

The capacity if the pool and sauna area is way too small for such a big hotel, in winter it must get crowded. The sauna and relax area is marked as a quiet and kids-free zone, however people behaved very loud there, slamming doors and bringing kids of various age there, the staff didn't do anything about that, especially when the staff counter was often left unattended. So not really a place to relax. Additionally the door to the bio sauna was quite often left open and the sauna cold. The other warmer sauna had a door issue too and people kept slamming the door. The timer for the light in the sauna showers was too short and annoying. The English and German language of certain staff in the restaurant was poor. The information on the allocation to the tables in the restaurant was confusing, each of the staff told us something different.
