The Chalet was Perfect. Basically 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. The Suna and Jacuzzi was such a treat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Great selection of teas and Illy coffee. The outside seating area is lovely. The entire place is such a treat. It is peaceful and quite. Breakfast was fantastic. The older man (name unknown) was the highlight of the most polite and kind person. Nothing was too much for him and always assisted as best he could. Answered all questions we had and knew what we had each day and it was always ready. It is a 15 min slow and lively walk to the town center. Bikes are available for free or e-bikes cost €35. The parking garage is located right next to your unit. We will be back for a longer stay as this was such a teaser to enjoying a fun and short stay.

The App to order food never worked. A pin/code should be sent to your phone when you place your order from the bowling place but it never worked and you cannot place your order over the phone for delivery unless you do it on the app, even after calling and saying it was not working. The first day can be allot to take in and learn about your unit. Everything is very high tech and we had lots of questions. Suggestion Valw can be a little patient with people as it is allot to take in and the excitement can be much since everything is new and we want to ensure we ask all the questions. She may need help as running the reception and then showing the rooms maybe a bit much.

The only thing that I did not like during my stay is the massage that i booked. It was a complete waste of time and money. They shoul work with a different masseuse. She completally ignored my instructions and wasted the entire hour doing pretty much nothing.

Breakfast was amazing 🤩, the view exceptional. Our cabin was so lovely and cosy.

There was no shuttle service running due to the ski lifts that side of town being closed, so it made getting into town with ski gear difficult

Amazing value for the Deluxe Suite, really everything is inside: fireplace, sauna, hot tub, steam bath and the overall place looks super cozy and gives an amazing Alpine feeling mixed with some Italian touch

Slow and confusionary service for breakfast, we waited 15 minutes for two Cappuccinos

Great breakfast with a view. Close to each other, But enough intimicy.

At the end of the season not every facility works (restaurant, baby cinema, limited reception hours...). No DVD player in room even if it was promiced, music in spa didn't work. Heating closet for ski boots didn't work).

Really well thought-out facilities. At first glance, when you arrive, you are a little worried because everything is quite steep, but the solutions are really incredibly good so that everything is turned into an incredibly good experience. Well done.

the shower in the sauna could have a shower curtain to prevent the stone floor to get wet and to smell .

The breakfast is spectacular!!! The chalet is beautiful and designed well for privacy. This place I will remember for a lifetime.

I liked the food and wellness quite a lot, there’s even a RGB hot tub. The atmosphere was great and the views were just fantastic! Rooms are very comfy and cozy. One doesn’t even have to go outside to get into the main restaurant, since there’s a tunnel connecting all the chalets. An extraordinary experience!
