Perfection!! Very nice and helpful staff!! Beautiful hotel. Very nice clean, modern and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the complementary water bottle and toiletries ! The breakfast buffet was incredibly complete and varied. We really enjoyed the local cheeses, the self serve juicer ( carrots, fennel, ginger, curcuma roots, multiple fresh fruits and other juicing greens etc..). There were eggs served in 3 ways, cold cuts, jams, breakfast Pastries, breads….. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The outdoor bar and and patio were also nice and relaxing. They offered us complementary Prosecco and other drinks for the kids. The two restaurants were 4 to 5 star grade in terms of food quality and service!! The seafood and pasta dishes were very good! We mostly ate at the Brasserie because we had kids. Everything we ate was delicious and very well prepared with high quality ingredients. The Venitian was even more fine dining. We got the impression this place attracted the locals and other tourists looking for a fine dining experience. It’s like having the local fine dining restaurants of the area right in your hotel. We reserved at the sweet hotel as a “pied-à-terre” for day trips to other surrounding cities such as: Vicenza, Bassano, Padua, Venice etc… It was really nice to be able to relax at the pool after a hot day of sightseeing!

Clean room and bathroom with a very good bed. And above all a well-functioning silent air conditioning :-) No night noise, located in a quiet village. You always need the car if you want to eat somewhere. The friendly staff will help you with any question. Breakfast is extensive but the same every day. Pool is OK! Very good outdoor bar with large choice, not expensive!

A garbage bin in the room would be appreciated, now only a small one in the bathroom. Both restaurants from the hotel were closed, but I knew this in advance. Very little closet space to put something away! (room 221)

What a gem! This hotel is designed for comfort. It was meticulously clean. Easy check in, friendly staff, gorgeous, modern accommodations. The restaurant was amazing too. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for visiting Marostica and shopping in Nove, visiting Vicenza and just an hour from the Venice airport. We absolutely loved this hotel!

There are two good restaurant options at the hotel, one casual and other formal. Breakfast that is included in stay was pretty good as well.

Nothing walkable around hotel. Need to have a car. Stayed at hotel for a concert in Marostica. It was very difficult getting taxi back to hotel after concert was over. When we departed and coordinated a taxi through guest services at hotel, we were told cost to Venice airport would be $100-130. Taxi charged us $150

All the Staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, and cleaned everyday, with a spacious bathroom and great shower. There are two different kinds of pillows on the bed to choose from to sleep on. The pool is nice, and can be used till 20:00, but on really hot days and depending on how many people use the pool, you might not find a deck chair. A few canopies were however put up on the grass for shade a couple of days after we arrived. The hotel is not to far from many towns and sights in the Vicenza province that are worth visiting.

The breakfast offers a ample variety and everything was good. At certain times some mornings, you have to queue to be served, understandably as you have to be individually served as to not have all the guests touching everything. I feel the breakfast system could be done a little differently like offering some kind of a table service instead.

This hotel offered the best breakfast experience in the whole trip! My husband could not be happier with the perfect eggs made just for him and the whole team was very warming and kind. Special thanks to the breakfast ladies team and for Pietro in the reception. Oh, and there was a special treat: a yoga mat in the bedroom! Just amazing.

The shower could be a little bit stronger.

Personnel was super nice and went out of their way to please the guests. All staff we interacted with could speak English. Fabulous breakfast with freshly made multi-vitamin juice and anything else you would want. Protected parking. Choice of two excellent restaurants. Great location for visiting Vicenza, Padova and probably also Venice, although we did not visit Venice.

The hotel is a bit bigger than the normal boutique hotels and a bit less cozy, but this was compensated for in many ways.

Excellent facilities, well run with great staff, great pool, great food and drink options. While a little away from the key sites in the area it was only a short drive to each and easy to park. As a group of cyclists it was well set up and perfectly located for rides. Would definitely here again

Nothing to dislike

Staf was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations, wide variety, everything freshly made. Due to covid you are not allowed to serve yourself from the buffet, but there is plenty of staff helping you. We can absolutely recommend restaurant Mediterraneo, great food, great service, great atmosphere at very reasonable prices. Also a plus is free underground parking.

The only thing we didn’t like was carpet in the room

This is a beautiful hotel with all amenities. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff were professional, helpful and fun. It was a real pleasure to stay at this Hotel. would highly recommend to my friends and family.
