Very quit location, no crowds of people, very nice stuff. Rooms itself are very basic, but quit good beds, clean towels, good working air-condition. Free car parking, and very nice breakfast, what you can do in small garden. Restaurant of the hotel is loved by locals, we had few dinners there also, enjoyed simple italian, but very good food!

It is not a 5 Star hotel, but they do not tell that they are, so this is important. In general nothing bad to tell

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. They cooked eggs and bacon. You ordered off a menu. First time for us in 2 weeks. The room was ok. No view (#3) the balcony was ok. The bed was good but the shower was tiny. If you were big, you would have issues. Only a hot water pot on the room. Just forgets and Nescafé. Overall enjoyed the people. There was free parking 100 meters away.

We were at the end of July. Family: 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 14). I really liked the location of this hotel. Beach across the road. Very nice view from the room. Delicious breakfast served by the waiter. Great service. This is a hotel with a restaurant where waiters serve a delicious breakfast in the courtyard overlooking the lake in the morning. And in the evening you can order dinner in your room or sit in the restaurant. Very pleasant service. There was a very nice and responsible girl Erica who was always ready to help us

One small problem: the air conditioning in the big room is very very weak. If you could do something about it, that would be great. And the beds for the kids are very uncomfortable.

nice location, great breakfast, wonderful staff. Really make our Garda Lake holiday unforgettable. Plus, the restaurant in front of the hotel offers excellent, down to earth meal

AC was broken at the time we were there, but wasn't really a big deal since it's cold anyway, but the AC turning itself on and off by its own, plus the blinking light sort of annoys us

Located in a quieter spot between the busy towns, the hotel is right on the lake. Lovely staff and we also really enjoyed the restaurant annexed. A dog beach is just 5 minute drive away. The room was really big and quiet. Secured parking nearby and lovely garden for breakfast. We would definitely love to come back.

We felt very welcome during our our whole stay as the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at the hotel was very familial. We enjoyed our breakfast (and sometimes dinner) in a beautiful garden that belongs to the hotel. Also, most of the staff, if not all of them, speak good English and German. The location of the hotel is perfect - the beach is across the street, and the village itself (Navene) isn't as touristy and crowded as the neighbouring Malcesine or Torbole.

It would be helpful if there were small fridges in rooms.

We loved our stay here. The room and communal areas were very clean. Amazing view from our balcony. When we first arrived we wondered if it would be ok as it looks very rustic from the outside. But once we stepped inside we were happy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The young lady serving breakfast was very kind and good English. The breakfast was very good, served in the garden. The evening meal sat by the lake was so good we ate there each night. Overall a great place to stay to visit the surrounding areas. We had a car and used the free car park.

Everything. Our room was on the first floor and we had a lovely view of the lake and the garden. The room was spacious and comfortable. And we had a balcony! The hotel is simple but very well located in front of the lake and close to beaches to swimm and to places to rent equipment to do water sports. It has a lovely garden, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is lovely! In their adjacent restaurant they have delicious pizza and pasta, so we eat there every evening. We highly recommend this place! (Malcesine is 5 minutes drive away).

Maybe the matress in the bed is a bit too soft for my taste, but it wasn't terrible anyway.

The AC in the living room didnt work well, in the bedroom it work well. The bed is too soft - but I have this problem with almost all the hotels. The baby crib we needed to had alot of blankets in order she will able to sleep.

We found this hotel spontanously, booked because of the positive feedbacks and everything was as positive as described. From outside the hotel looks simple, inside it has a comfortable charm. Rooms are big and very clean. Our room had the best possible view on the Garda Lake from the balcony. The hotel is reflecting the 2 stars in the best possible way. Restaurant and personnel earn much more than 2 stars. Extremely good cooking and very friendly service! Everything was made possible and also our two dogs felt very well. Breakfast also was very good. We will return for sure!
