Spacious room, very clean and neaty. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

A few details could be improved. The shower in our room worked fine in the evenings, but for some reason, in the mornings the water pressure was low and it wouldn’t heat properly. Internet connection was very unstable, and TV was blocked for streaming services (Netflix, HBO, etc) - not a big deal in such a beautiful place like Malcesine, but we got a few rainy nights and it would have been nice to have something to watch. Also, if you plan on walking to places and not using your car so much, this might not be the best location (especially during cold season).

Friendly and helpful staff - the basis of any business of this kind. There is definitely nothing to complain about here and we would love to come back in future. Really excellent breakfast with a very good selection of different types of food, including vegetables. The equipment of the room is a bit Spartan, but everything one needs for a short stay is available. Very good and spacious parking place.

Be careful and respect the arrival time. The reception does not work 24/7 and in case of delay you may have a big problem to get to your accommodation. We didn't get an answer to the question asked in advance what to do in case of late arrival, luckily nothing happened on the way and we managed to do everything.

I recently spent 7 nights at the wonderful Hotel Casa Serena. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always on hand to help. The hotel itself is small, which makes for a comfortable stay. The continental breakfast each morning was wonderful with plenty to choose from. An added bonus was the bike rental which was incredibly good value compared to other bike rentals in the area. I loved exploring the towns just outside of Malcesine - definitely worth doing. I loved my stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Beautifully clean, bright and light. Great Continental breakfast. A short walk to Malcesine along the promenade……cannot rate this small hotel highly enough. The receptionist is lovely and most helpful! The owners were warm and welcoming.

The hotel is clean, breakfast was good and some of the staff were really nice and polite. There is a nice quiet beach close to hotel and you can easily walk to Malcesine old town that is really nice as well.

Hotel is located next to a big road and some of the staff made us feel unwelcome. Bed and pillow were really hard.

Breakfast was good for a 2 star hotel, the location was great only a 10 minute walk into town. Staff very friendly and helpful

Was The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was exceptionally clean and facilities were excellent. It was such a fabulous holiday we have booked too go back next year.

I cannot say there was anything I didn't like.
