The pool is actually clean and looks beautiful. At dusk or daytime the view is just ahhhh! I like that we had a place at the pool assigned to us. The landscaping is nice. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The robes and slippers:) the breakfast foods are much appreciated.

We Cooked dinner once at our room and the pots were a little dirty(stuck pasta and spots). I needed to wash them before using. There’s a musty scent in the entire building. Didn’t bug me but it might bug someone else. Areas of bathroom that are cracked or moldy/not cleaned enough. The balconies are very big-suggestion: put some loungers on them to enjoy the view

We loved the location, view was stunning, beautiful pool and beautiful traditionally styled spacious room which had all the facilities we needed to enjoy our stay! The staff very friendly and helpful, we were welcomed with open arms with a large mountain dog, snack/brekfast buffet was prepared in the room, which was lovely. The parking area is great.

We would have loved a little bit cleaner room, we stayed 4 days and paid +20 extra cleaning fee for the dog (80 eur in general) but the room was cleaned only after we left. Also we chose the place mainly for the view and the pool, but only when we arrived we were told that dogs are not allowed anywhere in the pool area, which is understandable, just it would be nice to know before. Otherwise everything was great, definitely reccommend!

After a 5 few days in an agriturismo in Tuscany, we switched to a hotel feel. We had a very comfortable stay at fonte living. Nice attention to detail and luxury during our stay. We were upgraded to an apartment by our amazing host Micheale which had amazing views and a nice seating area on the balcony where you can have your morning coffee that you can make for yourself using the provided coffee machine in the kitchen. Well laid out, Super comfortable bed and spacious apartment with separate areas (Dining, Study, Fully fitted kitchen). Fonte living is located in a small town of San Casciano dei Bagni, which is known for its quaint and quiet feel. There is only a couple of restaurants. So there is not much around. However do not be surprised if you see a celebrity or two known to frequent the famous restaurant (Restaurant Daniela).

Hot water during showering was a bit sluggish, but acceptable.

Has been a great experience. The apartment is fabulous, as described on the website and in pictures. It has all you need for full comfort, plus water, milk and yoghurt in the fridge and tea, coffee and breakfast food in the kitchen. There were a lot of beautiful Christmas decorations that we appreciated a lot. A special mention goes to the hosts, they have been incredibly kind, helpful, always available, from recommending and booking restaurants, to gift us a bottle of Franciacorta Brut for the last day of the year. I would say "attention to details" is what have made the difference from Good to Fabulous :-)

Only remark is that they asked 20€ per day for our little dog. I found it too expensive.

We had an elegant, well equipped, well designed, very clean and comfortable appartment with an amezing view of the rolling hills of Tuscany. We loved the infinity pool very much. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find that they were waiting for us with water, fruit juice, and Italian breakfast preparations, which were replenished upon request during our stay. The staff was so kind and helpful, special thanks to Michele!

Beautiful apartment. Bigger and better furnished than expected with an amazing view of the countryside and the pool. Spotlessly clean. Our host was lovely and very helpful. San Casciano is also beautiful and only a short walk into the village

There isn't anything else that we could have asked for. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Spotless, very large, well equipped, beautiful view, The man( can't remember his name ) on reception deserves a mention as he was very helpful. Great pool, great location near to several restaurants and little shops.

Breakfast was fantastic everything you could ask ask for and refilled every morning the property was amazing with fantastic views location was prefect for what we needed could not ask for anything else

we had an amazing time, I would absolutely recommend the place. and I would like to come back. It was very clean, the apartment was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and beautiful wooden floors. the little kitchenette was well stocked. the absolute best part though was the terraces that offered the most amazing views over beautiful tuscan landscape. enjoying the sunset while listening to the birds and the cows across the valley, and spotting the occational deer on the field, became a daily ritual. it was the perfect place to relax after buzy days in rome.

there’s nothing i would change, except maybe wishing for some outdoor furniture on the terraces, but the lack thereof might be because we were there in april
