If you are going to Maranello for your Ferrari love, there will be only one place to go. Clean, comfortable and very close to the factory, museum everything about Ferrari. Also I have to mention that Pietro gave me a gift when I left the hotel in the morning. Poster with a real CL and CS signatures 🥰 Pietro grazie mille mille mille 🙏 It means really a lot for me. Hahhaha I missed my bus to Modena when I was watching track. Pietro,you shouldn't give this information that people pay attention about time when they are watching that 😅😅

Pietro the owner was very helpful and very accommodating for parking - he let me leave the car there even after I checked out. He was very friendly and always up for a chat. The room was really nice, spacious and quiet. And it offers great views over the Ferrari factory ;)

The bed was big, which was nice but not as comfortable as I was hoping. The pillows were very thin and floppy and the mattress seemed fairly used. It could have done with a firm mattress topper.

Property was very clean and in a very good location at Maranello. Bathroom and bedroom were good and the air conditioner worked very well. Pietro, the owner was a gracious host and very accommodating. Breakfast was also very good with freshly made omelet on request. Breakfast next to the garden was very relaxing. We would be very happy to stay there again and highly recommend H5-5H. Gino and Dendra

The small fridge would only go down to 12 degrees. The bedside table on each side could be larger which are minor issues.

Perfect location for a Ferrari visit, cars driving past all the time. Wonderful host who was friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread was great. Absolutely recommend staying here, and if we come back to the area we will stay here again!

This is the very best place where you can stay in the Maranello. Maranello is a beating heart of the Valley of Motors and in the H5-5H Luxury Room you can feel the atmosphere. It is a friendly, warm and luxury place with a decent reminder of where you are. Pietro is amazing host. Grazie Mille!

The location is fantastic, practically next door to the Ferrari factory, and only a short walk to the Ferrari Museum. The host, Pietro was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived late, and Pietro helped us find a restaurant to eat and even called ahead to make sure they kept the pizza ovens turned on for us before they closed. If you need suggestions for places to eat, ask Pietro. All of his suggestions were great.

Everything accommodation wise was excellent! Amazing room, everything clean, big breakfast, even if the choices were simple and even more amazing host! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

There was some distance from the center of Maranello, but easily accessible with the bus!

Great location, only a short walk from the Ferrari museum. Pietro was incredibly friendly and helpful, even making sure that I had an umbrella when going out in the rain. My room was immaculate and very comfortable. Great value, I'd definitely stay here again.

Where do I start with this one. Pietro was just an amazing host, The hotel was exceptional, with parking for my car. The location was perfect for my visit. Breakfast was just the best. I couldn't recommend this any more highly.

Pietro, the host, was super nice and offered great recommendations for places to eat, to go to see the Ferrari track and all manner of great information. His lobby has almost enough Ferrari memorabilia to rival that of some of the shops in town! Breakfast was delicious in a great setting.
