I really liked the hotel. Comfort, cleanliness, location, very tasty, hearty and breakfast of various foods. It's all great! Didn't want to leave :) We're definitely going to come back here. I highly recommend it.

I really liked everything. One drawback is that the street near the hotel is very busy, a lot of cars, motorcycles drive. When you open the window, there is a lot of noise. However, when the windows are closed, everything is quiet and calm.

A lot of great points: Begin from excellent location seafront + modern clean and comfortable rooms, responsive and friendly personal. There is possibility for free parking. Great terrace on the floor with view, jacuzzi and seating places. Also you have to know that there are not free beach. Entrance starts from 15-20 EUR.

The hotel met all our expectations. Room with balconies large enough and comfortable, including beds. Paid and free parking on the hotel. Very nice and friendly staff, perfect rich and varied breakfasts, large sun terrace on the roof with jacuzzi. Can only be recommended.

No problems

The management and staff of this hotel are amazing, friendly and really put their hearts into the hotel and make it an amazing place to stay and layback when we need it so bad. We are highly recommended to this hotel Esplanade Versilia, the hotel is larger size and cozy, also very good location just a short walk to so many restaurants and cafes, shops and supermarket. The highlight of this hotel is the rooftop so nice view. Very clean and minimalistic that’s what we like, We took the bus to Pietrasanta town which only cost €1.50 each way, and the train tickets to Pisa, Cinque Terra and Lucca all cost return less than €10 each really great location.

Breakfast was wonderful and had a great selection of Gluten Free food. Staff were excellent, hotel was exceptionally clean, location was fantastic and views from rooftop were fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to dislike

We have been coming back to this area for 6 years, we love the location and the sea. We have stayed in several places but this was the best. This small town with its beach, pedestrian street and super restaurants is a great place to relax. The hotel has a sensational location, close to everything. Inside you can see the careful work of the owner. The rooms are nice and very clean, the whole hotel must have been recently renovated. The view from the superior rooms is super, but the panoramic roof terrace is No.1 with a 360-degree view (inc. jacuzzi :-)). Italian breakfasts are always very good, but here they do it twice as well. The spectacular cuisine with made-to-order omelettes and pancakes, fresh sandwiches, cakes and delicious coffee is unforgettable. We loved it. The staff are fantastic, helpful and flexible. Thank you Emanuel and the whole team for a super holiday. We will definitely go back!

The breakfast tables on the terrace are small (not tall enough), but the delicious breakfast makes up for it. :-)

The hotel is in a great location - very near cafes and shops and also the beach. The staff were all friendly and we loved the breakfast - we had fresh crepes every day. The roof terrace was also really nice.

The room was very sparse with little decoration, and the bed was basic - we expected a bit more for our money.

A special thank you to Ariana for going above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday. The staff are great and the hotel is very family friendly. Also pet friendly if you have a dog.

Nice and very clean hotel, very well located. The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel can book a lido (beach club) located in front of the hotel which was very convenient! It is a middle size hotel but I noticed that effort was made to modernise (new Samsung smart Tvs, doors with contactless card etc.) and keep it clean as much as possible. The breakfast is wonderful : omelette and pancakes are homemade on demand.

Only beds are very tiny and I am not even tall or big.

Breakfast was excellent! One of the best breakfast I have ever had. The personal was very friendly. The room was clean.

The mattress could be more comfortable and the room at the morning was a bit humid.
