The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room was pleasing, we had some issues with the heating in our room and Giorgio was very understanding and transferred us to a different room which solved the problem. We really liked the location as it's on the outskirts of the nearby town, far from noise.

The water temperature of the indoor pool is around 25 degrees Celsius which wasn't warm enough for us during the cold weather.

first of all I would like to thank George and his team they r just incredible in customer service . I initially booked through booking.COM and booked a suite , but when we reached the hotel and saw the suite we didn’t like it as we had a 3 year old with us. we immediately changed the room and gave us a better one with an incredible view. Their breakfast is mind blowing specially the home made bakery items and everything is served fresh , the location is superb rooms are spacious. Thanks to George and his team for making our stay so memorable .

No air conditioner in rooms it was hot during our stay, wifi in my room was weak.

Breakfast can improve from my point of view . We had exactly the same things during a week. Maybe some vegetables together with the ham and cheese.

The Hotel: spa - amazing. food - solid. rooms - amazing. facilities - great. very clean. very modern. very well designed. walking distance from restaurants, supermarket etc. shuttle to the lift and back.

Very nice hotel and very welcoming. Giorgio and the others did everything to make us feel comfortable! Stayed for 4 nights. Kids loved the spa and bike tours.

Room was small, no balcony and facing the parking lot. We were told it was the last room in the hotel.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view.

The WiFi didn’t work in all parts of the room and was slow at times.

A great place The room was big , the view is magnificent, the hosts were very polite and helpful and gave us vouchers with discounts to various places around the hotel. The breakfast was great Unfortunately, it was pretty hot during the day and there was no air conditioning in the room, but in the evening when it got colder it was o.k.

The rooms were amazing with a perfect view, lot of space, comfortable and with easy access to all hotel's facilities. The staff was and very welcoming.

The fact that ypu will get charged if you won't return the spa flip-flops and room key card.
