We arrived quite late in the evening and this incredible place standing in the middle of a wine yard really looked like a vision from a fairy tale! The hospitality was genuine and warm. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was really nice after a whole day spent in sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was actually huge. The common areas, lightened up at night, were so enchanting! Both the famous salt flats and the Florio/Donna Fugata canteens of Marsala are some 15 minutes away by car. Last but not least, there’s a little shop when you can buy - among other things - an excellent bio marmalade of lemon! Definitely a recommended place to stay!

On the day I left at 5 a.m., the reception was closed. I was desperate because my husband's passport had been left at the reception desk. As soon as the receptionist arrived, she reached out to me and offered to send it. When the passport arrived, I was so relieved and happy. I am deeply grateful for all the care and effort she put into helping us.

I didn’t know that the reception had kept my husband’s passport. If I had been informed that it was there, I would have picked it up before leaving. I only realized it was missing on the way to the airport, when I noticed the passport wasn’t with us.

Location is so quiet and right in the middle of a special vineyard. The food is lovely! It is also very reasonably priced considering it’s all locally sourced. The wine tour was so interesting and great value for money, what a lovely place all round! Entire property was spotlessly clean, all staff were lovely and were able to deal with our terrible attempts at speaking Italian. We will be back, definitely!

Laundry option was handy but perhaps a bit pricey, but I know the water shortage may have something to do with this. Very much a “nothing” problem though, the stay was perfect!

The property and staff were so lovely - when you arrive at the establishment you simply fall in love and just feel like you are in a winery dream. Staff are so kind and go out there way to make you feel at home: the wine is incredible. Close to other wineries. Try Fabio Ferracane winery near by which is an organic old school way of making wine .

Supper at the venue is very limited and super slow. One waiter and if it’s full you may wait rather long :

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The surroundings were breathtaking, offering a peaceful and unique atmosphere that made my stay truly special. The staff were exceptionally friendly, providing warm and attentive service throughout my visit. The quality of the food was amazing, exceeding all expectations. Loved staying in the beautifully restored Baglio, set in the vineyards with gorgeous views of the salt plains, Erice and original Marsala wine founders homes. Having a wine tasting and tour was super interesting and exceptional value - we opted for ‘sunset tour’

I loved it. My suggestions would have just been “even better if”…a more powerful hairdryer, some candles for the bedroom or soft lighting. And the waiting team seemed a little stressed and service was ‘functional’. All that being said the food was delicious!

The whole experience was excellent. We were shown around by Manuela. A fantastic host who had an excellent knowledge of the production of the wine. Briefly met the owners Giacomo & Paolo. A lovely couple who have the winery looking superb. The food in the evening was amazing. (obviously accompanied by a couple of glasses of wine) There was a pool where we relaxed and cooled off with some local beers. All in all a very worthwhile visit. Thank you Manuela, Giocomo & Paolo for making our visit something to remember. ❤🍷

The location, view and structure is marvelous. Good wine tasting! Also the restaurant is recommandable, good food and acceptable prices, may be the menu should change more often. Phantastic sunset on the terrace.

I expected more regarding the breakfast, the was no whole wheat bread and only one type of (strong) chease), some more variety in the choice of fruit would also have been nice.

Beautiful place surrounded by olives and grapes. We loved the hosts, the tours, the tasting, the pool, and the restaurant. It was everything and more what one could expect from the pictures. We tried everything that the place had to offer. We managed to squeeze all of it into 2 nights, but I highly recommend to book 3 nights. The selection of wines is just perfect. 8 of them and everyone should find something for themselves or to pair it with specific dish.

Small and elegant hotel in a beautiful location to appreciate the special sunset in Trapani. Good service and good wines. Great for a relaxing vacations away from the crowded beaches but at the same time not so far away from the beaches and the cities. Perfect for families and also couples. Really quiet and relaxing. .

Not enough shadow in the pool area, The extra bed in the room was a little too small. We only stayed one night, so it didn't matter but for longer stays maybe not so comfortable. Doesn't has a 24h reception or a mobile phone that you contact in case of urgency.
