its was clean and the staff was nice. Tram station is only 5 minutes of walking from the hostel and metro station is 1,1 km away.

the main staff lady spoke only a little bit of english. they have this weird system that you have to call to the front door if you want to get inside or outside of the hostel but nobody told me that at first. I was trapped inside for until I called the reception lady. Wifi was broken during the whole stay.

We liked our stay very much. We were looking for low-priced accommodation close to the Bicocca University campus, and this hotel had everything we needed. The self check-in process was very convenient, email communication with the staff was good. All our additional requests were taken care of, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was rather basic and small, as was the bathroom, but we had everything we needed, including air conditioning, hair dryer, including small but very convenient things such as an adapter to allow us to plug our chargers into italian electric sockets. The room had a small fridge, which was also nice. The common space was amazing - an air conditioned room to prepare food with plates etc. that were cleaned by the staff (!), several ovens, and if needed, also access to a fully equiped kitchen. The place is surrounded by an enclosed garden, very quiet and peaceful. We could leave our bags after check out and even have lunch in the common room before leaving the premise. Access to public communication is very good, buses, tram, metro, and a supermarket all within walking distance.

The worst thing was the chair in the room - only one (though this was a double room) and very uncomfortable to sit in due to cracked upholstery. However, the common lounge on the base floor (with sofas, armchairs, and the like) more than made up for this.

The place was easy to get into (you just call a number to get through the gate) and it was an easy and pleasant experience overall staying here. With a good value for money, I was happy to stay here for two nights in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Although a little farther out from the center of the city, you could take public transport to reach the center easily in half an hour. The amenities were basic, the room was clean and I had no issues whatsoever with it for a short and budget stay.

What you pay is what you get - so most of the things in the room were pretty bare. At this point, there are just minor things that can be tweaked like more power sockets around the room. The location is a little bare as well, as it is a primarily local and residential area. But no problem as you can reach the city center in half an hour.

The staff were very nice and amiable, they helped us with any probem which we might had. The common spaces were clean, we could use the kitchen and the rest of the facilities like microwave and so. There were always clean plates and any other pots you might need to cook The bonus was the fridge in the room and the fact that the window had blinds. The garden was nice and clean and a great space to disconnect. The Wi-Fi was a little slow and sometimes it didn't work properly.

The bed in the room we were checked in was very uncomfortable, it was very hard and you could feel the bars that supported the matress.

But will get used to it.

Cost efficient! Great structure overall, nice common area with vending machines with water soft drinks and snacks, easy access using the phone intercom system. Loved the idea of using the Milan metro stations as room names.

lack of air conditioning in the room, in hot summer days it would be a huge plus, bedsheets were not clean there was some dirt on it, guests being loud at night

Great staff, great location, cozy room with everything you need including bed, en suite shower, charging points, storage and a desk. Staff were super helpful when I couldn't manage to unlock my room and when the bidet hose leaked. Super value for a short stay, definitely recommend.

Coin operated vending machines only which is a shame but other than that no complaints!

Nice accomodation in Milan, for a good price you are not far away from Metro station. The place is nice, clean, quiet, you have a garden, kitchen if you need. Wifi is working okay. And there is a nearby café if with great cakes and coffee if you need served breakfast :) The staff is very kind and helpful

Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean, as was the rest of the property. There were plenty of facilities available, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Although the room was pretty small, it was clean and with all the proper facilities. The access to the hostel and room was smooth.

Pretty far from supermarkets and all attractions.
