We were offered parking space on the street in front of the hotel free of charge.

Very few options for breakfast. We had to ask the staff to fill up ,because most of the food was gone by 9:00 am. Got some butter and cheese. Some Italian guests were served croissants, while nobody asked four of us if we want it. Not nice👎

The personnel of the hotel was very friendly. The rooms were absolutely clean. Stable WiFi connection. Good breakfast. Nice location - 5 mins walking to the nearest subway (metro) station, 7-8 mins walking to the nearest tram. There is also a good local restaurant (pizzeria) Mela Rossa, which is about 100 m away from the hotel.

Very hot temperature in the rooms - I'd prefer to have it a bit colder. With this warm temperature it will be good to provide water to the the guests (they do it at arrival, but not on the other days). Also the sound isolation is not good - you can hear everything. The elevator is very small.

They have everything! Nice big room and bed, even balcony and toothbrush set with cover then breakfast salty and sweet both! we can walk to take metro 5 less 5 minutes

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with everything! The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly valued as guests. The location is great, very close to multiple public transport options as well as walking distance from the Arco Della Pace and Castello Sforzesco, only a couple of metro stops away from the heart of the city . Good value for money as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We might have just been unlucky with the temperatures, at the end of September it ranged from 27 to 31 degrees Celsius and our room did get quite hot and stuffy. We also had a ground floor room with windows facing the street which could get noisy from time to time, but on higher floors this probably isn't an issue and the street it's facing isn't overly busy.

Close to city center, nice accommodation with 3 separate beds. Room with breakfast was smaller, however, it was delicious and there was a lot of food. Personal was nice

Very friendly and polite staff, special thanks to Lyudmila from reception for her guidance and help. Room was clean and good, the view from room was beautiful. Should specially mention the breakfast- a lot of variety of food, very tasty. The room keychain was surprisingly heavy, so left it each time at the reception, but it was Okay. The location was great - few minutes walk from subway station Gerusalemme. The area was safe. Definitely worth the money paid.

The rooms isolation for noise could be a bet better.

Our room was sparkling clean, and the breakfast was good. The employees (especially William) went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and they explained carefully how to get there as well as how to sightsee ahead of time.

It was slightly far away from the center, we walked and it took about 40 minutes. Worth it for a much cheaper room.

Such a cute single room, with an unexpected balcony! I was just looking for a place to crash for the night- but I’d stay here again and for a longer time if I come back! Additionally, it was so helpful for me that the employees speak English. They called a taxi for me to come in the morning and told me some places to see- all around a great stay!

The room was small but I wouldn’t put that as a negative. it was cozy! Plus the balcony, it was a great space. The hotel is easily accessible by tram or bus, though it is a bit of a trip from the center (30 min by tram)
