Location perfect for a concert at the San Siro stadium. Public transport into central Milan is fine, once get used to it. Bus stop right outside the hotel and then metro. Can use tap and pay so easy. Pool area is great. Plenty of loungers, bean bags and pool towels. The Argentine restaurant is fabulous, amazing food and service, highly recommend eating here. Reception also helpful, especially Leonardo. Air conditioning good and rooms very comfortable. Huge comfortable bed. Breakfast good, although best get there earlier for best choice. Staff worked very hard to get everyone seated. Overall, highly recommend especially if going to the San Siro.

The free shuttle bus service seemed a good idea but the booking "system" doesn't really work, as it seems to get overbooked! There are only 7 seats. Very frustrating and best not rely on it! Mini bar and pool bar drinks expensive but couldn't resist an Aperol by the pool. Italian restaurant also seemed expensive, esp compared to the Argentine restaurant.

Bedroom, bathroom. Good size, comfortable, clean. Bed and pillows were clean, smelless, comfortable.

The property location is far from the city and far from Malpensa airport. To get to the nearest subway/metro station you need to walk 20 minutes. There is a city bus stop in front of the hotel, though. There is no shuttle bus to the airport. The the train station or highway-bus stop to the airport is very far from the airport. For information, a taxi fare between the hotel and Malpensa airport is about €120 to €150... Good luck with that.

The room was very spacey and clean, and the bathroom exceeded my expectations! Huge variety of food and drinks for the breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful too.

For someone who got a car the location is perfect! However we chose to commute by public transport, which we didn't mind at first, however getting to the airport from the hotel early in the morning might cause some problems. There are also no nearby supermarkets/grocery stores so if you want to quickly stock up on some midnight snacks or any necessities you have to take that into consideration.

The design of the hotel was nice. The colorful details war like therapy for me. The swimming pool was nice and the view from the window was fine. The cocktails in the bar - amazing. The refreshing drinks during extremely hot summer were nice.

For me the Italian breakfast was not enough. It was nice, but for a vegetarian might be limited. We also have the lunch because of a event there and some food (the meet and not only) were to fried. However the general atmosphere were above that small details.

I liked that the staff was very friendly, spoke very good English and offered help on a variety of things: getting to the Milan center, arranging a shuttle bus, giving recommendations what to visit. That, coupled with the facilities made our stay quite nice.

Hotel Wifi was on the slower range, but nothing problematic. The table in the room had some dirt spots, and some of the closet cupboards had some leftover dust layers. For the hotel bar, the service was good albeit a lot slower than expected; we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a dealbreaker.

The buffet breakfast was good. Our breakfast expectations differ from some as we don't drink hot drinks. The food on offer was very good except for the freshness of the bread rolls. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and ate a late lunch with fresh rolls that we enjoyed very much. Even remarked to the staff about the rolls as we had become accustomed to stale bread rolls in some hotels/bistros through our Italian tour. We had 5 nights at the Sheraton and we think the breads were kept over as we never struck that same freshness in our meals again. Small thing perhaps as the meals were generally good. The spa/pool area is a nice bonus. Live music one night was lovely. The Argentinian restaurant quite interesting.

Awesome service. Great food. Pretty hotel. Comfortable bed and room, plus a high-quality gym. They also included laundry service, and I was running out of clean clothes, so that was great. Very helpful when I needed to get a cab.

It may be a bit difficult to reach the hotel via public transportation if you've never been in Milan before, but it's still reachable and Google Maps helps.

The hotel was in a good location for us to go to the stadium San Siro. The room was comfortable and clean and pretty new. We did like the lobby area and the green around the hotel.

The room was noisy, during the afternoon there was noise coming from moving chairs or other stuff in some room around and in the evening we could hear the voices of all guests in their room and corridor, even at late hour. The service during the late afternoon lunch was a bit slow, even if the hotel was not full. Breakfast has no value for the money. We paid high price for a below standard quality breakfast. One additional comment: we reserved through booking asking for parking space and early check it. For the first question we had to ask 3 times before getting a clarification, for the second one we never got answer.

staff behavior was strange. answer to requesting mini bar emptying was "empty it you self" and later they came to empty it. for example when we requested curtesy water to be refreshed answer was are you sure we did not supply it. why I would be trying to cheat them for a bottle of water. the problem is not common but with certain front desk staff

Location was great as we came for a football match- the stadium is a 15/20 minutes walk-in distance. Quiet area, well communicated with Milano center. Room was ok, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, included some gluten free foods- great! I recommend ordering breakfast coffee from the kitchen- much better than from the coffee machine;) Will definitely recommend Sheraton San Siro for a stay in Milan.
