The room was great, very modern. Location was perfect for transfers to the islands. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were terrible and while the sheets were clean, there were small stains on them. The room was serviced daily which we weren’t expecting so that was another positive. First impressions of the building was scary but once inside the room was as depicted in photos.

Breakfast was coffee and pastry around the corner by voucher, not really breakfast, which was ok for me. The couple in the cafe were very welcoming and friendly.

The B&B is really closely located to the ferry port which is convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants/cafes/bars close by. The host is lovely and responded fantastically to our queries. A nice breakfast in a cafe round the corner was provided. The room was really clean, modern and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the street with a sea view.

The only negative is that on the Monday morning of our stay, the cafe for breakfast was not open. However this was not much of an issue as there was a cheap cafe just further down the road.

Excellent room- super clean, today, modern and bright. Really nice size room, bright open balcony, air conditioner, nice modern television, coffee Nespresso machine provide with capsules, breakfast vouchers also provided each day. Cleaning done daily to a really high standard

Nothing - all was prefect

Rooms were gorgeous, all new and high end, very clean & smelled so good! Very comfortable! Location was ideal for going on a boat cruise from the port.

Parking on the street in a big city is always tricky, but we found a spot close by (pay via parking meter). No breakfast included, but we loved the Bar Miceli that our host recommended just around the corner.

The rooms are fantastic and super clean! The lights and the TV in the room are amazing. The staff is very gentle and caring. Even though the street is a bit noisy because it is central, the windows are sound proof so you can sleep like a baby. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast maybe it is only less good thing. You get a voucher to use in a near by cafe/bar but they don't have a lot of traditional breakfast food. I recommend to have a "brioche" and a "granita".

B&B Borgia rooms is a flat on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a modern building. The entrance of the building is quite shabby and is in complete contrast with the room. We didn't meet our guest at any point of our two nights stay but the contact through WhatsApp went smoothly. We got the Etna room nr301 (there are 4 rooms) which is absolutely huge, modern, beautifully decorated. In fact, our room looked more like a 5-star hotel room than a B&B one. It's difficult to describe it. It isn't cosy, more business-like but so tastefully done that I enjoyed it immensely. The bathroom was also stunning with one of the 4 or 5 choices of light being a light show of coloured spotlights above the shower. The lights of the room were amazing anyway. The bed was the best we slept in during our 4 weeks stay in Sicily. A huge emperor size bed (I can't say king size anymore), with a high quality mattress. The sound insulation was excellent, we heard that when we opened the door to the terrace. We stayed two nights and the room was cleaned after the first. Highly recommended.

The entrance of the building is shabby but I think the owner of the B&B can't do anything about it. The Etna room 301 was very quiet but room 305 might be a bit noisier as it is on a street with loads of restaurants and bars. Breakfast served at CD's bar was not up to the level of this accommodation. The staff were almost rude, refused to serve us some tea (they'd serve tea only in the winter???). I would suggest changing bar, there are loads of them around the B&B.

Wonderful place to stay with beautiful rooms and incredibly accommodating personell. We came with a last minute request to add an extra guest and they were super helpful to give us a bigger room. Cleaning impeccable and great bathroom.

A perfect room for 1 night before taking the boat. At 5 min from the boat terminal, and not more from restaurants or bar. Room is confortable, nice and efficient.

Very comfortable, quiet and modern

Breakfast is at the nearby cafe but, apparently the alllocated budget is minimal and doesn’t cover a coffee, croissant and juice per person so you have to make up the difference.

The apartment was spacious, bright, with two balconies, and the bed was comfortable.

The building seemed out of place to the apartment inside. The bright hallway to the apartment, with no door knobs was sci-fi scary.
