The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and assistive in checking us in for a very lucky (fortunata!) last minute booking. The room was clean and modern, including a hot tub as well. The shower was nice and spacious, the bed was comfy and breakfast was included with our booking. Location is also perfect right near old town, not noisy at night either.

The basement level can be a bit musty but it is understandable given the airflow.

The thing is that they put us in another room and not what we have booked. We have booked a room with view to the sea and it was top floor and the room were given was on the ground floor next to the street that was pretty busy so we had no quiet. That room was prepared for 1 person and although the welcome guy gave us 1 more set of towels he gave us no more bathroom products.

We were travelling by public transport so the location was very good! 1 km from railway station, 650 m to the historic centre, beaches. Apartment very nice and clean! Air conditioner was very silent which was a big bonus! Nino also was friendly and nice! And breakfast was beyond Italian hahaha even some cheese and salami were served which is good for northern people..

I LOVED MY STAY HERE! The location of the property was absolutely perfect, so close to the ocean and to the old town. I was here during the height of summer and I really appreciated that the room had its own airconditioning unit. I loved the design of the room and the fact that both the bathroom and bedroom were so clean and well stocked with everything. The staff were exceptional! I could hardly speak Italian but they made sure that I had everything I needed and even more. I highly, highly recomment that you book here! Would 100% book here again.

The property is perfectly located amongst restaurants, the beach and old town! it is furished well and has adequate facilities. The breakfast is also very lovely!

Knowing very little Italian it was a bit difficult to communicate with staff. but didn’t prove too much of an issue

The location was very suitable, close to a variety of restaurants and other attractions. It is in a residential section of an Italian seaside town, so parking is as interesting/challenging as you would imagine. With a little driving around the neighbourhood we were able to find suitable free parking each of the nights we stayed at the B+B

We paid a low price for our accomodation, so we were perfectly happy with our experience

Loved the hotel and the friendly owner. Very helpful with storing our two bicycles for two nights. Our room was on the lower floor but beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Being a basement it was very comfortable and nice equipped, included the jacuzzi. We really appreciated the champagne courtesy ( a very good prosecco) and quality breakfast.

When we turned on the AC it expelled some dust and they missed the toilet brush. These were minimal details that didn't ruin our stay.

The breakfast was served on the terrace, there was pancakes one day and the chocolate pastries are delicious. The location is super convenient, you can get to the main piazza within 10 mins and to the beach in 5.

Perfect location, very close to the old city center and it is very easy to walk to the beaches from there. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed: towels, small soaps, and shampoos. More specifically I loved to have a balcony where you could even see the sea. And last but not least, the breakfast! That chocolate croissant was another level of good. Thank you for your kindness.
