Angelo was extremely nice and welcoming, the house is lovely and bellissima - we had a great time! Thank you so much!!!

It was very nice to have a Lavazza coffe-maker available 24/7 to be able to have coffee and breakfast whenever we liked. We never even saw any other residents in the kitchen, or the hosts. So we were able to kindof use the place as our own house, buy food and have for breakfast etc. It was a feeling of freedom which is a plus. Very good shower - a lot of pressure and tons of water. Parking was available right outside the house, with a gate that seemed to never be locked? The location is pretty far away from Napoli and pompeii, but that's also what we wanted, to not be robbed or have Vesuvio spray lava on us in our sleep. The front door was always unlocked and open, dont know if this is a sign of safety since the hosts had a big guard dog outside their own door? see below. Here's a minor "fun" detail: It kindof seemed like most guests used the place as a "romantic lovemaking nest" if you know what I mean. People came, made a lot of bed noises and moaning, and then left. We thought it was only funny, not a problem or anything. We didn't get that we were staying in a sex motel :)

On the photos we saw a garden and thought our dog could maybe run around there. But when we arrived we found out that they had a huge, dangerous guard dog chained to the house. And we were told that their dog would EAT our dog if it came close, so we had to be scared and careful with our dog all the time. It was listed as pet friendly but I'm not sure it's as friendly as it could be. We were out all day so it didnt matter that much, but still would have been nice to not have to worry that our dog would be killed if she ran out into the garden. It felt like the hosts were not as present as they could have been. It seems like they live in the same house but with another entrance. We hardly ever saw them or the other guests. Other residents in the BnB sometimes left dirty dishes and glasses without washing in the sink, so it became harder for us to do our washing, and the washing machine seemed to not work?? the dirty plates were sometimes in the sink for 2-3 days? so communication during the stay was not great and the hosts seemed to not be that present in the guests kitchen to look after things. once a couple came in through the door and asked for the hosts, thinking we were the hosts. It's like the hosts are not there as they should be to check on things and welcome new guests. But all this being said, it was still a nice place to stay and don't regret it a moment.
