The hotel was as we expected, in that it’s a little bit old in its styling but it was a decent mid range place with a great location and the price was right for us. The pool area was really nice with table football and table tennis too. The little beach area was also great for accessing the sea. We had to leave our previous place early so it was v helpful to be able to leave our bags in a conference room and have a few hours by the pool while we waited for our room. The room was big and good bathroom and shower and decent amount of storage so we could all unpack. We had a sea view balcony which was lovely. We were there at the end of October and it was very quiet, lots of restaurants were closed. Osteria La Sagrestia was really nice. Our favourite place to eat was Lido AlbaChiara. Doesn’t get great reviews on trip advisor but we enjoyed everything we ate there both times we went. The kids enjoyed playing around the rock pools while we enjoyed a couple of cocktails (great cocktail list).

Breakfast was a bit basic, not much choice. Nice terrace area outside to eat it on though.

We loved this hotel. All staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent. I booked the evening meal but thought we would be going to a restaurant if we were disappointed with the meals. Nothing of the sort. We ate every night at the hotel, they were so very good. Our room overlooked the sea and had a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and sheets changed constantly. We are hooked on this hotel. But you do need transport. We went just to relax so suited us very well. The swimming pool was more than our expectations with plenty of beds and unbrellas. The hotel does have a private beach.

I am struggling with this question. What could have been better? Not a lot quite honestly. It ticked all the boxes but should we go again we will organise transport perhaps. No public transport and unfortunately we went just off season so all excursions had finished.

Everything was perfect. The staff were great (cant understand other negative reviews). The rooms were very clean and comfy and the location was perfect.

There were rarely any sunbeds available. They seemed to be used by non-residents and it's not monitored.

Perfect location, beautiful balcony view onto the sea and just a few steps to the hotel's private beach. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly with everything. Best breakfast of the approximately 30 we had in Puglia. Nice atmosphere, relaxed yet high standards. Great pool, still open end October.

A hidden gem, almost only Italian guests. Well-managed, great focus on environmental sustainability. Spacious and clean room. Wonderful breakfasts with view of the sea. Hotel beach was well maintained, sunbeds and umbrellas provided free of charge. Loved it!

We were granted an upgraded room - lovely pool.and beach access with sunloungers. View from room with large balcony. Good service at breakfast and plenty of choice. I would come back.

Shower cubicle was outdated and mattress ( 2 single beds together) was uncomfortable which could be improved.

One of a family run small hotel chain since 1966. My room overlooked the port and had a large balcony. Fantastic swimming pool still open late October unlike other hotels in the area. Helpful staff with good guidance on parking. Solar panels and electric vehicle charge point - this hotel is moving with the times and demand. Bed super comfortable. Very good included breakfast.

The Hotel Terminal-Caroli Hotel is a well-located, comfortable and clean hotel that is great value-for-money. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very convenient for those wishing to visit Santa Maria di Leuca and is nicely situated facing the ocean on the main esplanade. There are many restaurants and coffee shops conveniently located just a short stroll from the hotel.

Location on the sea front couldn't be beaten. Great big swimming pool. Rooms have balconies. Staff helpful & friendly. Breakfast plentiful

This was a charming place to stay. The town it seems has seen better days and may be experiencing a revival, this Hotel will help with that! It was just great, our room was spacious, our balcony overlooked the beautiful sea view. A wonderful piano player entertained guests at breakfast. Electric bikes were available to rent and we had a wonderful morning seeing the sites and visiting the Light House from where the view is spectacular. Lots of good restaurants to choose from nearby. The breakfast at the Hotel was lovely. We will remember our stay here for a long time. :) Footnote: I foolishly left my shorts, which had my wallet inside with cash and credit cards at the beech and when I missed them in the evening I assumed I would never recover them, however the Life Guard, Marco had diligently noticed and left them at reception for me. We hear lots of stories about pick-pocketing in some Cities in Italy, this is a story to balance things out! Thank You Marco!
