The location is great, the view is breathtaking and the hosts are so nice and welcoming! We also had our dog with us and the place is very much pet friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our favourite part was the fact that they also serve food downstairs which was super tasty and handmade.The chitarra con pallottine and the porchetta from their farm was the best. I highly recommend this place!

Quiet location. The dinner (which you have to reserve well upfront - 20€) was outstanding - and copious. Breakfast was good as well - but not variated. I stayed three nights and ate the same sweet cake every morning :-) . We had the big room and what I liked were the good beds AND professional MOSQUITO nets. Thumbs up!!
No communication. The owner is not present - was often away in the city. I was taken care of by black immigrants, which complicated easy things and communication. The guys were friendly and did their best, but it is not the personal approach that can make B&B so special. We reservated the large room with two separate beds (two males using one room) - but were initially given a smaller room with only one double bed. I found it the pity I had to ask expressly to change rooms so as to get what was promised on internet.

Stunning views of Gran Sasso that we did not expect. High quality of local farm products that we purchased at the end of our stay.
Check-in was a bit challenging as we could not find anyone speaking English. It would be great if guests received exact instructions about the check-in process up front. The place has a great potential but would benefit from a more professional welcome staff or at least a pamphlet with essential information.

Staff tried hard with communicating. Non English speaking. Friendly
Directions were not as stated on booking . Com very frustrating. They are completely wrong had to ring and ask directly where to go. Was told look at google maps and address shown. Mosquitoes greeted us
