The man working at the front desk reception was extremely helpful, helping us to get parking onsite Nextdoor for 10 Euros, and also helping us in and out with our luggage. I think he arranged for us to depart from the garage extra early as we had an early flight to catch too. The room was simple but extremely clean and good value for the rate and a short walk to the beautiful Vomero.

Google Map did not have the exact location for the hotel so I had to ask a passerby where it was (and I was right at it). There could be a larger sign for the hotel.

Quiet and nice place to stay. 6 mins walk from Metro and easy to locate the hotel. The younger reception man can speak good English and was very helpful. He helped us carried our big luggage. There is lift to 1st floor. Clean room with new Air conditioning, it was really great to have good A.C during summer time. Many nice cafe and restaurant around the place. The neighbourhood were very nice and friendly.

Very clean room in an older building. Well appointed: comfortable beds. Aircon worked well. Quiet location, not many restaurants within walking distance but we managed. Metro 5/10 mins walk for easy access across Naples.

Towels not changed daily but not a great issue

Really comfy and clean room. Location is not the best, but it is near metro stations and you can easily get anywhere in Naples with a 20 min metro ride. Reception is below average (which doesn't really affect you). Rooms look first class and the isolation is good. Definitely not a 1*.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and in a very convenient location. I appreciate the very colourful tiles. The bathroom is large, the beds very comfortable. I arrived late but the concierge was very kind to wait for me. There is no breakfast or food available at the hotel but there is an impressive choice of bars and bakeries just a few steps away. I definitively recommend this property.

The place was clean and count with many details that not even sometimes you find on 5 start hotels (3 towels, soap, champu and body cream, hairdresser, air condition) Everyday they clean the room and change the towels. The neighborhood is very good there are many shops, bars, restaurants and feels very alive. Also metro is just 8min walking and it is the main line that goes to city center and main station

The matress was a big hard for my taste and there was not fridge.

The staff was really nice, they even printed our plane tickets. The metro is a 5 minute walk away. The neigbourhood is calm an quiet. It is a great value for the money. If you are looking to explore the city and spend little time in the hotel, it is the perfect place to stay.

Stayed in a small but fully equipped room. Had everything needed; several towels, the hairdryer, and some toiletries were in the room. Very nice staff. The hotel is allocated in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes from a metro station.

Everything was very clean, only the bedsheets had a strange smell. For me, it was a bit far away from the centre

The hotel was really nice for it's price, me and my family occupied 3 rooms and all of them were tidy and clean with everything necessary. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially a person named Oleg helped us a lot with all requests and accommodated all our needs perfectly.

Location is a bit far from center, but you can get there quite quickly and conveniently on the metro.

The hotel is great from all aspects. Location is very easy and convenient to the city center. Next to the hotel lots of stores and coffee shops. The owner is amazing person, he cares about everything and stayed all night to make sure to arrange for us Taxi to the airport in the middle of the night. We recommend highly about the hotel.
