The staff and Antonio (the manager) were extra nice and friendly. He helped us with everything, was replying back within minutes and solved every problem we had. Cleaning lady is very nice and helpful. The apartment is big, bright and very clean.

The location is not so good, well not so safe. The main street is nearby tho. We weren’t feeling safe walking around the side streets. There are a lot of foreigners, asking you to buy drugs etc., but there are many locals that help you and make sure you’re safe and okay.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. 10mn walk from the train station, and very close to the historic center of Naples. All cleaned Very well. Very nice and helpful staff at the accommodation. Check and check out very fast , we were even allowed to leave our luggage for an hour after the checkout time. Very appreciated.

The bed mattress is a bit hard, it makes a lot of noise. You have a room next to other rooms so the isolation is not great in between the rooms.

Location was very well located, close to the main train station. Apartment was large with a good size bathroom and was very clean and tidy. Owner was very friendly and the unit was very well priced

There were a couple of small maintenance items which need attending to (door lock sticks and the toilet seat was very loose) and the unit was very difficult to find, being tucked down a back alley.

Place is clean and cozy and we feel safe inside the b&b.

What i didn't like is that while we are preparing to get dress and my friends still on shower , the cleaning woman is in our room at 9:30 am, while check out time is 11am, she start taking off the sheets of the bed, starts cleaning while we are in room, did not give us any privacy...okay maybe they are in a hurry for the next guest to come, totally understable...but....we check out and went to our next destination..and next day i got a call from Antonio, accusing me..that i wrote a negative and bad reviews, , and telling me that he was nice and waited for us for late check in, which i paid extra for this, for waiting for us...i was on vacation and no time to give reviews by that time and accused me for things i did not do...

The apartment was located very close to the old city center (2 minutes walk to best pizza we ate in Napoli - L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele). The room was specious and really clean. During your stay you can use the kitchen which is well equipped. Great standard for the pice we paid. However the location has bad sides too, the street its at was not very nice and did not seem to be safe, but it can be told about whole Napoli, so I guess its not the case.

Indeed, the room is really quiet and you can't hear sounds from the street, given the location, but we could hear other people living in the building, so if you don't sleep well in such situations, I recommend considering earplugs. Other than that, we were 100% satisfied, and the price was really good for such a standard.

The location is close to many things and the room itself was very comfortable as was the bathroom. Coffee was provided.

The common room had an air conditioner, but no controller so was too hot to be able to be used. We never saw the host. There was a young man who was his envoy and he would not come up to the room but made us come down to him to give him our passport numbers. Also, unfortunately the beds were too hard and even though we like firm beds, they were just too hard.

The property was clean, spacious and with AC

The sheets for the bed were too small and several times during the night we had to wake up and fix the bed.

We met every morning Tina, who cleaned the rooms and the kitchen. Everything was always clean. She is a very kind person, she helped us a lot.

very clean, lots of amenities, fridge coffee, tea available along with plates cutlery in a common kitchen. Also very new renovation and they went out of their way to accommodate a early check in.

They let us in before the check-in time. The lady who was cleaning the room was so polite and the room was super clean and tidy. Also, it was really spacious and we also had common kitchen and living room with the other rooms (which we didn't use, but there were). I would definately stay here again and wish I had more days there in Napoli.
