Picturesque property tucked away from the main street. I loved the historic building the property is set in. Staff was friendly and available most hours of the day and on call at night time. There is a lovely breakfast available each morning. There are only a few rooms so it felt like you’re staying with family. My room had a nice balcony looking onto the side street but it was still very quiet.

My only small complaint is the shower door is a bit finicky, but don’t let this deter you from staying here.

The B&B is located in the nearest vicinity to the city centre, it offers comfortable accomodation, with welcoming staff, clean rooms/linen/towels, and diversified breakfast options. The manager, Rosania, was always very nice and helpful, making sure we were enjoying our stay. It was a pleasure for us to be their guests, and will definitely recommend Alloggio dei Vassalli to our friends and family.

Great location, no more then 20 minutes walk to all major tourist areas, 15 minutes to airport with public busses stopping pretty much at the front door. Extremely friendly staff. Our room even though window was facing main Street was very quiet and very warm even in near freezing temps. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

A bit of first impressions at the building front doors, but this is Naples. Once you are in courtyard everything looks good and fantastic in B&B.

We really loved this property for its beautiful interiors, attention to details and cleansiness. It was also very quiet, so we had a great sleep. The location was more than perfect for us - a few minutes walk from everything we wanted, plus a supermarket nearby. The staff was friendly and the communication went great.

Most of the time we did not have phone signal in the room, but there is free WiFi at the property. As a nice to have, we would have loved some (environmentally friendly) hotel slippers since we forgot ours at home.

The location was wonderful and had a great breakfast buffet from 8-10am. We had a balcony room over one of the main streets. Everything was clean and the housekeeper would come in everyday to spruce up.

There can be noise from the street which might bother some people. Also the doors are thin so if you're a late sleeper you can hear people talking and coming in and out. The beds are on the firm side which seems to be common in Italy.

This is a hidden gem - old hand hewn wood ceilings, hand stamped tiles and very beautiful. It feels a little sketchy getting in but once you’re through the graffitied alley door it’s a courtyard & oasis. Would definitely stay here again. Very happy

Hard to get in on a Sunday as the attendant is off, but the attendant is on the other 6 days.

The property was in a perfect location … the port, old town and Quartieri Spangnoli. the Archeological Museum. Also in a prime spot for looking out on local businesses etc. Nonetheless it was quiet as shutters and glazing pretty much kept things quiet. we had great communication prior to arrival. We were greeted warmly by Rosa who offered us coffee and biscuits. Svetlana booked us in and offered lots of useful information re shopping and accessing the places we wished to visit. She was professional, patient and friendly. The property is rustic but well maintained. The bathroom was small but everything worked perfectly. ..toiletries were provided…. the towels were plenty of a good quality. The beds were comfortable… the linen was good quality and fresh. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits were complimentary and available in the reception area. Again all great quality. Breakfast was plentiful… bread, pastries, cereals cheese, ham , juice and yogurts etc. Plus great coffee all served by Rosa … I cannot speak too highly of Rosa … her efficiency… personal warmth ….what a great communicator … Italian … French and some English. I felt nothing would have been too much trouble. I see that other reviewers have spoken highly of the staff and I can only echo what they have said … even re the 'out of hours' remote reception colleague. I would be happy to recommend this property or to stay again should I visit Naples . We were only two nights there but such a positive experience almost wish it had been longer !

Nothing really. This is such an old property so I guess a small bathroom to be expected. Shower doors/screens looked like they might not prevent water leaking out but they were just fine !

Lovely B&B in excellent location. warmly furnished room with balcony overlooking Monteoliveto. Directly on Donnalbina for easy access to cafes and historic areas. Given good instructions for getting in after hours. No street noise came through the double windows. Excellent breakfast with bread and sweet roll options, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cheese and meat, and Rosanna’s delicious cappuccino. Full grocery store just steps away. Useful bus stop right outside. Good AC.

Bed too firm for me; OK for spouse.

The breakfast was really good and tasty! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was beautiful .Also free snacks,tea and coffee was a nice touch😊 Thank u for everything!

It was a little bit difficult to find the main entrance and the location is not very close to Port but it is central.

The location was ideal for my work conference, and having AC was great.

While overall we slept well if there were people talking, especially in the hallway, it was very easy to hear them from within the room, even with the door closed.
