Our stay at Borgo Vergini Garden B&B was simply fantastic. We were warmly welcomed and benefited from the garden area trenemdously. It was always a pleasure to sit down for some time in between all the exploring of Napoli. The breakfast was wonderful, different salty and sweet options, and the room was ideal for our stay. We cordially thank Lisa for making our stay so great. She is a gem and has such a positive nature. Also Nadia organised everything for us, from a driver to a special surprise for my partner. Our journey couldn't have been better. Pizza places and the historical center are very close and easily walkable (also by night we felt very safe). We would definitely return!

Nothing.

This small stylish hotel became our home for 4 nights, escape from the busy city and the place where to rest after long daily walks. We stayed in family room which faced the street, windows had very good noise isolation, air conditioning worked perfectly. The entrance to our room was from the hotel kitchenette and we were afraid it might be loud in the evenings, but luckily our neighbors were as tired as we and very quiet. The neighborhood is a bit dirty, lots of trash on the street, just be ready for it. Otherwise the location is good, close to old town, close to metro. Besides there were lots of different street food places around. We particularly liked the wood-grilled chicken.

We liked everything :)! Two suggestions - some foldable hanger to dry beach towels and swim suites in the room/on balcony. The second door between entry and living room would make perfect noise isolation from kitchenette.

From the moment I walked into the place, I was met with unparalleled hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Each member of the team exuded professionalism while also adding a personal touch to their interactions, making me feel valued and at home. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, but the dedication and warmth of the staff at this place truly sets them apart. Highly recommended for those seeking an exceptional guest experience! Special thanks to Lisa and Sasy for their Neapolitan hospitality❤️🙏

We enjoyed the location, the interior garden, and the breakfast. The owner generously provides free snacks and drinks for purchase at a very reasonable cost.

We had reserved a room with a balcony that we didn’t get. The room we were in backed up to the building’s shared staircase and the wall was paper thin so you could hear every conversation, including a gaggle of your drunk girls one night. On our last morning (a Sunday) the gal who handled the breakfast/check-in was absolutely blasting dance music, like Level 10 and singing/yelling/dancing with her friends who maybe worked there as well. It was so strange, like the dance party came home from the club with them, at 9:30 am. I was traveling with my mom who is in her 70s and she was pretty put off by it.

Our family enjoyed their stay at this hotel very much. The service was very good, starting with the meeting with Anastasia, her advice on staying in Naples and her willingness to help if necessary. The rooms were cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts and the ability to use the kitchen at any time, whether it's to have lunch or just drink coffee - it created a wonderful feeling of comfort. It's very convenient that the metro is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a bazaar and small supermarkets nearby. We are very glad that we chose this place to stay in Naples. Thank you all team!

Friendly helpful staff that understood travelling with children. Lovely communal garden with a great selection of included snacks available throughout the day. Breakfast was great - a good selection and enough familiarity for kids. Very convenient location with two metro stops nearby. Only 45 minutes door to door to Pompeii. High levels of assistance - staff helped book us an airport transfer and also gave advice on activities and where to eat. A really positive experience!

This is being very fussy...my pillows were rock solid. I used my travel pillow in the end.

This place is a real gem! The oasis-like garden can make you forget the chaos of Napoli in a heartbeat. Our room was very specious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was tasty and there were many free snacks, coffee and fruits one can take anytime during the day. But the best of it all was our extremely warm welcoming from the knowledgeable and fun receptionist, Anastasia. This girl is born to deal with tourists and to help them in anyway. Pure treasure! Thank you for being you and for being so unique and authentic! Thanks to the owners for the free drink for my birthday! We enjoyed it a lot :)

Many have written before - the eating area is right next to some of the rooms (not all). So it gets busy and noisy. But if want to sleep a little longer, earplugs do miracles. I tested the free ones they offer at reception but they weren’t good enough for me. Instead I used mine and was able to sleep until 10 am without hearing any noise. But I want to address a very annoying noice that even my earplugs couldn’t stop. In the eating area, right next to our room there was a toilet for all guests to use. The door of this toilet makes the most annoying squeezing sound ever. Please, please, for the sake of your guests- fix this as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naples in this lovely b&b. Big spacious family room, very clean and everything you need is there. Great terrace to enjoy a cold drink from the honesty bar on hot summer evenings. What else do you need 😉 ? Communication with Anastasia, the manager, was easy, and she gave us a lot of tips on places to visit as well as bars and restaurants, she was really very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. We loved it !

Anastasia was very helpful, she let us know what train line ti take and where to get off before we arrived. She told us all the places to see and was so very friendly. This place was right in the city, but the garden area was very quiet. The beds were amazing the room was huge and breakfast was fantastic also lots of free snacks. This place was easy to navigate in and out if city I give it a 10 fantastico 🌻

There was nothing i didn't like

Lovely B&B that we really enjoyed. The room, facilities and breakfast was great. Everything you needed was available and they had no problem fixing a great gluten free breakfast for my partner. However, the best thing about this place is the staff - the communication, kindness and general vibe of the staff was outstanding. Lovely people that helped us with anything we wanted and made us feel very welcome! They also gave splendid information for what to explore in the city and around it. While doing this they seemed to really enjoy their work, they were a positive bunch. The location is also good as there is a metro stop, supermarkets and pharmacy very close by. We can highly recommend this stay! Incredibly price worthy.

We liked it all.
