We had a pleasant stay, the room was nice and lovely decorated. It is part of an apartment with shared common space for coffee and working,relaxing. Alberto is easy to access and helpful. It is situated near the archeological museum, the metro station and the main roads of centro storico. It is not too near by foot to Spanish quarters and via toledo and it was a little bit tiring going back and forth as the city vibe is there. Yet you can use the metro and avoid unnecessary walking. Take sport shoes with you! The roads are made of stone cubes and are not easy to walk with heels or sandals.

Elegant and newly renovated flat with spacious rooms. Fantastic terrace in the backyard that invites taking time having an espresso... Or you use one of the the several bars literally round the corner for an Italian-style breakfast or an aperitivo. Alberto is a fantastic and welcoming host that is happy to go the extra mile. My room went out towards the Via Duomo, so I could hear traffic in the evening & early morning. However, new and well-isolated windows, so no problem with closed windows + AirCon 😊

It was very clean which is super important to us. Also, I liked that the room was quite spacious and the bathroom nicely functioning. The location was very close to the Duomo and in the upper part of the historical center. We walked to most places, sometimes we did take a taxi, especially when we were towards the sea. There was not much noise from outside. During the first day, we arrived at 10 o clock and our room was ready, such a relief. Alberto made arrangements for a taxi when we left.

I should have made arrangements with Alberto on how to enter the building upon arrival because when we got there, I had no idea what to do. But that's on me and in any case it took us maybe 10 minutes to get in, no longer. Breakfast was so so, but not an issue for us as we either skipped it or went somewhere else for variety. Coffee was good though. Bed was comfortable but a bit on the hard side. Again one of the things that are good for some people and not so good for others. It was of good quality and also spacious.

The appartement is only one station from Napoli Centrale. It is located in the city centre and many sights, museums etc are also reachable by foot. The room was very nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. There is also a terrace in the patio where you can relax. The host, Alberto was very friendly and courteous. Next time in Naples I will definitely book Downtown Napoli b&b again!

This is one of the best places I have stayed in throughout my years of travel. It is a must if you stay in Naples. The rooms are gorgeous and I had a balcony looking out on Via Duomo. The doors are sound proof. Alberto provided clear instructions on how to get in and was very helpful. You can walk everywhere from here or uber taxis are cheap if you have mobility issues or are tired from walking.

The host is amazing, attentive and affable. Beautiful property, plenty of natural light. Super comfy bed, large shower. A balcony to view the street and beat below. There’s a lift if you need it. Anything you need is within a short walk.. whether is an espresso with a croissant, pizza and beer, clothes boutique an atm, or a pharmacia.

good location in the historic centre. our room faced into the outer courtyard so was really quiet at night despite being in busy Naples. Room was large and comfortable and there was access to kettle, coffee machine in communal areas. also a small balcony was nice to sit out on Host was friendly . There are many good places to eat in the evening. Metro station is close by from which both metro lines run. Port also in walking distance .Breakfast was in a bar downstairs on the road. Although it was Croissant and coffee, there were several choices of pastry/ cake you could have and staff here were also friendly ( as was everyone we encountered)

unfortunately there is an issue with water pressure and hot water which host did mention on arrival, and explained that if affects the whole building in which is this property. We were advised to put shower on to run for several minutes to allow hot water to reach . We always did this . The shower looked great but low water pressure meant it often had little flow . There was no guarantee of a hot shower and several of mine were really quite cold as the water never heated up. Our friends staying in another room seemed to have hotter water than us most of the time.

Great host Alberto, who was always happy to help. Excellent location, very safe and secure, very clean and comfortable. Very large room, spacious bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Breakfast provided in lovely cafe a few doors away with excellent food and friendly staff.

The only marking down is for the water. Hot water was quite unreliable, sometimes great, otherwise barely tepid. Water pressure was quite low too. Host was aware of this and explained it affects the whole building.

Everything was amazing! Alberto was great host, gave as many reccomendations and was very nice! Living room is shared but we did not meet any other hosts during our stay so we really felt like in hotel and have privacy. Our room was great (bathroom and closet included) and the room was of big size (we easily fit there in three people). Breakfast was included in caffetteria right next to the Alberto´s flat so it was very nice first stop at the beginning of the day. I would really recommend this place for your stay in Napoli! We rented a room in a condo. The condo was newly renovated and very clean. Our room was a big room with a king bed and a chair with pull out single bed. We had a nice balcony looking down on the city street. The room had a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. It was very safe and secure. There was a common area with a large table and a coffee machine. The owner met us and was extremely nice and helpful. The location was great to walk the historic part of Naples. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by. We ate pizza at Gino e Toto Sorbillo. It was one of the best pizzas I've ever had.

We did have an issue with the shower. It drained slow and we couldn't figure out how to change from the hand wand to the shower head. We only stayed one night so we were not able to discuss with the owner.
