Rosario was amazing. excellent communication prior to our arrival. Very helpful in getting our luggage to the car. THe breakfast was my favorite part. the croissant was delicious. I could tell it was freshly made. the bread seemed to melt in my mouth. unlike any I had before. We were staying in Naples one night prior to continuing on to Amalfi Coast. We were tired and jet-lagged after traveling for 24 hours. Duomo 152 was perfect place to rest before continuing our journey. The small balcony was fun and it overlooked the beautiful Duomo. The locked entrance to the building made me feel safe.

The steps entering the building to the office and rooms are quite steep and may be difficult for elderly or those with physical disability. However, Rosario was quite helpful in transporting the luggage. The door from the street requires to step over a section of the door. However, I believe it could be arranged to open more fully if needed.

Brilliant location. Rosario was exceptionally helpful, giving tips on where to eat, visit and directions. I can't rate this place highly enough. Breakfast was delicious, beds were really comfortable. Great communication prior to our visit. Clear check in instructions. Staff were all friendly and polite. If you are staying in Naples this is the hotel you need to use.

Excellent location opposite the cathedral, we had asked for a room with balcony but got an internal room overlooking the door to reception which was disappointing, we had hoped for a room overlooking the cathedral. The room was on the smaller side but enough room for 2. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Breakfast was served to the room at a time convenient for us and there was lots of choice. Very safe. Tea & coffee and a mini bar was provided. Reception was very helpful

Had hoped for a cathedral view as we paid for a balcony room. Limited directions on how to access the hotel, another guest let us in as we couldn't contact reception.

We stayed for just one night but Rosario was extremely welcoming and helpful in recommending a short itinerary, places to eat and helping sort a taxi transfer. The apartment is in a great central location but its position within a courtyard makes it quiet and peaceful. Accommodation is simple but clean and comfortable and good value. Ideal for a stopover in Napoli with exceptional service from the staff.

Not an issue for us but if you had a disability you would struggle with the stairs/lack of lift

Fantastic location, wonderful staff and amazing building (which it would have been great to take a look around the place but we weren't sure if that would have been 👍 Bear in mind this is a 600 year old building so don't expect the ritzy!

Be aware that there isn't a hotel entrance to speak of , you'll need to call to get them to let you in!

Rosario was very much available all around the time whom we could reach via WhatsApp. We had Junior Suite, situated in the building on the other side of the road, just opposite of Via Duomo 152. Registration is however done in the building of Via Duomo 152. We were offered coffee during the registration at the reception. Rosario gave us a map and noted some significant places that we could visit. Location was excellent and we could do visit everything without taking public transport. It is situated in historical center. If you want to go to the area of Teatro San Carlo, Piazza Plebiscite, Galleria Umberto I, Via Chiaia, it is a bit long (20 minutes) on foot. But it is a very good opportunity to get to know the city, walk and discover it. As we personally like taking walks like that, we always went on foot. Especially in summer it is very nice to take such walks and the city is quite vivacious with many tourists. If you do not want to walk, you can take metro which is situated down the road about 7-8 minutes walk. Breakfast was served in the room at the hour of our choice (changeable each day by saying in advance on the eve) and had fresh croissants, salad from seasonal fruits, juice, yoghurt, coffee, tea upon choice. The room itself also had a coffee machine, which was tastier tbh. After eating one can leave dishes in the sink and it will be washed when the room is cleaned every day. Junior Suite w/ Balcony has 2 large rooms, one upon entering is the dining room including the kitchen, a refrigerator, a sofa, a table and an eating table with foldable chairs. It also includes a TV set and an A/C. The second is the bedroom with spacious wardrobe furniture, very comfortable bed, a TV set and an A/C as well with very stylish chandelier and bedside lamps. The bathroom was very clean. A/Cs and Wi-Fi work very well! As we had a flight early in the morning Rosario ordered a taxi for us at 4am which was in time.

Just a couple of minor remarks: Water in the shower had a tendency to not flow down the drain in the first 3 minutes of a shower. After 3 minutes it flows perfectly. Turning on the TV set was not simple.

While the room was fairly small, the tall ceilings made it feel more spacious, and for a night's stay, we really can't complain. The bathroom could use a bit of updating, and to take this stay to the next level, replacing the Ikea furniture with some authentic Italian second-hand pieces would give it a charming, unique touch. With a little more attention to detail, the place would truly sparkle.

Rosario was an amazing host!! Received a detailed map of Napoli upon arrival with must see/do and restaurant recommendations. He helped carry my luggage up and down and arranged for a cab to the airport. The room was a good size, and the view of duomo was awesome!! Breakfast is delivered to the room every morning. I highly recommend the pistachio croissant!! That was so delicious!! Close to everything and train station less than a 5 min walk. I hope that San Gennaro intercedes and God grants you your prayer request!

It’s in a good location: a central spot which is still quiet relative to other parts of the city. Easy to get to from transport hubs. Rosario is a great host. He was in touch the day before arrival to provide relevant information. Once there, he provided a great overview of the city, with his tips for what to do and where to eat. The breakfast is very good, with a mix of cereal, toast, croissants, yoghurt and fruit available to set up the day.

The tv in the room was small and offered a basic service, although this didn’t create a problem for me. The hot water could run cold sometimes. No major issues.

Had several options for breakfast with yogurt, croissant and juices, coffee. location is centrally located in main tourist area of Centro Storico with many restaurants and gift shops with a great view of duomo. Rosario and Domenico was accommodating even though our train was delayed and had to check in late. Room was clean and tidy and we were given a map of the area and recommendations on where to go to.

There are stairs to the main reception, so for those with heavy luggage it might be difficult but Domenico was great in helping with bags to the room.
